This is a lovely property. It’s a fantastic location, quiet, safe neighbourhood, well-appointed and updated recently so it was very comfortable. Karina gave very clear instructions and was very communicative. Great stay.

Amazing location! Short walk to tram stop and train station. A 15 walk to High Street Northcote which has a wonderful selection of cafes, bars and shops. House was a lovely single front hertiage cottage tastefully renovated. My niece and I really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to staying again next time we are in Melbourne.

Easter in Northcote

This house in Northcote was a home away from home for us. So comfortable and a great neighbourhood near the Merri Creek Walks. We were very comfortable and would love to come again in the future.

Home was beautiful and very comfy bedsCar parking on the weekend was a bit challenging but house is right next to train and tram line so easy access to the city.Advertised breakfast included for 2 nights but was only partially provided so would suggest not to mention it in inclusions . These properties we dont expect food included.Overall a comfy pleasant stay.

Just Wonderful

I’ve stayed at more than my fair share of private rentals, and even had my own listing for a couple of years (with an unblemished 5.0/5.0 rating!). This property, however, takes the cake hands-down. Aside from the natural location which couldn’t be beat, so much thought has gone into its setup and management that I don’t know where to start. Just book it and find out yourself!

A home away from home.

A wonderful stay in a welcoming, beautifully furnished, clean, and comfortable home away from home, complete with fresh flowers, well stocked pantry and even an umbrella if it rains. Great location. Short walk to High St, and either tram line 11 or 86. Myki cards available from pharmacy on High St, Westgarth. Could not ask for more for the perfect place to stay when visiting Melbourne.

Inner Melbourne

This house was lovely. All necessities were included along with some further touches showing that the host had really thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. For us the location was perfect as were wanted to be near family. We plan to return.
