Sahara Blue at Tangalooma is a very well presented 3 storey family holiday home. Nicely decorated with modern furnishings. Overlooking Tangalooma island Resort, there is plenty of deck area to sit back and enjoy the views across Moreton Bay.
There are 3 bathrooms plus a powder room. The bedding is 2 queen size beds, 2 queen size sofa beds and 2 king single beds. Main bedroom has a spa bath and parents retreat with TV.
The Dolphin Feeding Experience is NOT included in your booking of this property.
Buggy hire might be available and is subject to availability and NOT guaranteed.
This nicely presented home is quite quirky with a feel of beach and Bali inside. There are 2 bedrooms in this property both with king size beds and built in wardrobes, one of the bedrooms upstairs has an ensuite, plus a double sofa couch in the lounge room. There is a second bathroom downstairs. Great sized lounge room with Balinese furniture and a TV, lounge area opens out on the deck. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, gas stove top/oven, microwave, combined kitchen/dining area.

Linen hire is not included, if guests wish to hire sheets, towels, pillowcases and have made beds up prior to arrival, there is an additional fee of $50.00 per person not included in the nightly rates or clean fee.

Great house

Great house in a great location. House was clean and fully stoked with everything we needed (clean bbq with full gas bottle and working Nespresso machine a plus). Good sized rooms all with aircon. We went with another family so having the 2nd big bedroom right down the bottom was helpful. Check in was a breeze and communication with the host was excellent. Would stay again

Great view

Good spot, great house, we had a good time. just needs to have better cleaners who look under the beds, couches and in the cupboards. Found a vape in the kids room, Lolly wrappers and rubbish under furniture.

Mostly great

Excellent location and a nice property. The layout of the house suited us well with the separate downstairs bedroom giving my partner's teenage son some space away from the younger kids. Property is a bit let down by lack of maintenance - lots of broken window shutters and I cut my finger badly on a poorly installed door striker which has very sharp edges. Both BBQ's are also in need of maintenance or replacement.

This was a great place to stay. So much space, very clean, easy to access. Myself and my friends loved it so much and we would all certainly stay there again.

We had the best stay! So spacious and roomy was very clean and tidy. The entire house is well decked out and very easy. View was amazing would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent views, comfortable and very spacious

Disappointed to rent property with the the premise of a golf buggy for use during stay only to find out just days before arriving that the buggy was not in fact able to be hired and was apparently broken, the golf buggy was at the property, the buggy would be a deciding factor for a lot of people renting this property as access to facilities of the resort involves a long strenuous walk , a local person informed us that the owner did not rent out the buggy any more as previous guests had mis treated it. Having our own 4wd meant that not having the buggy was not too much of a hindrance

Hi Gordon, who ever you spoke to did not advise correctly at all, this buggy was not available due to not being in working order at the time of your arrival. This buggy is available to guests when in working order, the buggy that is no longer hired out is actually next door. It would be good if you clarified this before leaving a false information. You did have a 4wd, which the carpark for buggies and the southern resort carpark are right near each other, 50 metres apart, so the buggy would not have gotten you any closer to the resort area. As we did advise if you did require a buggy they are available for hire through resort reception desk on arrival.

Fantastic Place!

A bunch of blokes, all the wrong side of 60, who have an annual get together wanted an alternative to our usual houseboat soiree so we tried Moreton Island. We weren't disappointed. This house was fantastic. Loads of room and very well appointed, great views ... just brilliant! We're now looking at another stay with our wives!

Wow what an amazing view. The pictures don't do it justice. Its such a beautiful place to stay.

This house was clean and very spacious. Two families had plenty of room to move around and have fun in. We would definitely recommend this house to our friends and family.

weekend at the Sahara Blue

A wonderful house. very clean and tidy. a very enjoyable weekend. the table tennis table in the garage was a welcome surprise too! would recommend.
