Alice was a great host. The studio apartment was clean, cosy and had a very comfortable bed. Hazel, my chihuahua loved it so much she didn't want to leave! Alice provided a lattice to semi-fence off the yard near the studio. Permanent fencing to keep the dogs in and safe would be ideal. Also some ceramic dog water bowls, would be a nice touch. Thank you for having us Alice.

Great views and central location for the NW

We had a lovely stay in the downstairs unit overlooking a beautiful garden. Lovely walks along the river and very central for us doing the tasting trail. Glad to be able to bring our pooch along to this very clean unit. Thanks Alice for making the booking/check in process so easy.

Got off Spirit of TAS, tired & was very pleased to basically turn into next street & find our accommodation, electric blanket turned on spoke to owner quickly What a surprise next morning across the road from lovely beach Everything fantastic, comfy & clean

Seaside pleasure.

we stayed in the studio apartment, with all desired facilities. Very clean and comfortable, with a nice garden, a sheltered porch to sit in, and included seeing some local wildlife. Just across the road from the beach and a park. Staff were friendly and responsive. Despite being in a busy location, it was quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend. Close to local shops.

Lovely place to stay ...

Really enjoyed my stay at Alice beside the Sea. I rented the two bedroom unit, was originally booked for the studio, but Alice upgraded me to the unit, much appreciated. The property has everything, all guests need to do is provide their own groceries. There is a washing machine and a dryer around the side of the unit if required. Location is very close to a paved walking path and a bit further on is bush track which follows the coast. If you don't have a car, it is only a two block walk to the nearest bus stop and a small shopping precinct. In conclusion a lovely, quiet place to stay where you can hear the waves hitting the beaches and the hum of ships engines as they enter or leave the mouth of the Mersey river.

Relax by the sea

Very impressed with the cottage I stayed. So clean and comfortable. I had lovely walk along the park, pathways and beach with my dog. I would recommend Alice by the sea to any one.

Alice with the mostest!

There is nothing this host hasn’t thought of when considering her guests wants/needs. We only had two nights here as a easy ferry connection but would highly recommend. Gutted that I leaving at 6am I forgot to do guest book. Thanks Alice, you are amazing at what you do!

Weekend say for sporting competition.

Beautifully clean and comfortable with all the facilities you would need for self catering. Fantastic location right on the foreshore with great coastal walks in either direction.
