Collett Cottage - Retraite rurale dans l'arrière-pays de Byron

Lumineux et aéré chalet d'hôtes de 3 chambres sur la ferme en activité, à seulement 0. 8kms du Federal Village.

Collett Cottage a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour confortable. Plan ouvert salon et salle à manger, 1. 5 salles de bains, et des chambres de bonne taille. Vraiment une maison loin de la maison! Les caractéristiques comprennent WIFI, Foxtel (tous les canaux), split-système de climatisation, un poêle à combustion, planchers polis et des chambres avec moquette. De nouveaux rideaux entourant le pont donnent maintenant aux clients une belle salle à manger en plein air privée / espace de détente.

Nous accueillons nos invités à leur arrivée, et ne sont que la prochaine maison si ils ont besoin de quelque chose tout au long de leur séjour, et sont disponibles par email ou par téléphone.

Le Byron Hinterland est vraiment un endroit incroyable, nous aimons particulièrement Doma Cafe dans Federal Village, le village de Bangalow est à seulement 15 minutes, et bien sûr les magnifiques plages de Byron Bay sont à seulement 25 minutes sur la route.

The property was extremely comfortable, and very well stocked with both household items and pantry supplies. There was also a generous selection of drinks for us to enjoy during our stay and plenty of firewood provided. The property lacked views over the hinterlands unfortunately, but the large deck did provide nice views of the fruit trees. And we greatly enjoyed our evenings by the fireplace after exploring the nearby towns

Great getaway for my parents

I booked this gorgeous place for my father and mother as a Father’s Day gift, during the booking process I made a mistake and Bill was very gracious helping me to sort it. Communication with the hosts is excellent. Below is my parents review . “We have just spent a few days at fabulous Colletts cottage in Federal NSW. The home on 100 acres was amazing, three bedrooms. Talk about mod cons, fireplace, air con, coffee machine, dish washer, washing machine. Cupboard full of goodies including chocolates and chips, champagne etc. Foxtel TV. You name it. Great walk to the waterhole. The owners Bill and Kirsten are very friendly. Would recommend it to anyone.” Thanks Bill and Kirsten for your lovely hospitality showed to mum and dad

Incredible Stay!

Thank you guys so much for letting us stay in your beautiful property! It was such a lovely, relaxing weekend and you guys had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. The fire, the lemon trees! Byron Hinterland Holiday

A lot of hard work has set this magnificent place up. Bill & Kirsten have done so much & are natural hosts that to their credit, it's a must - to return time & time again. It over looks the Hinter land away from crowds, a short walk to a water hole over 100 acres with a short relaxing drive to Clunes, Federal, Bangalow, Byron Bay & Murwillumbah, Lismore, winery's & the surf. The bed n breakfast is fully contained welcoming you to dare have a great relaxing time within the bush land. As a family of 5 we rate this wonderful place & our time their as a 10/10 because it's the littlest things that mean the most despite it having it all. Thankyou again Bill & Kirsten not excluding Pepper!

Lovely relaxing stay

Bill and his wife warmly welcomed us in their beautiful cottage. Despite the wet weather, we still managed to make the most of the giant outback that was our backyard, and we had also befriended Bill's pet Currawong! Would definitely recommend this stay.

Nice quiet getaway

The property is in the quiet little town of Federal, a few minutes drive from the main road. The house is next to the owners house, immaculate, well presented and very comfy. Byron Bay is only 25 minutes away, but we also explored lots of bush walks in the area, which are plenty for all levels. We loved the barista coffee machine, utilising it everyday 2-3 times, the kitchen is well equipped and there is Foxtel and Netflix. Apart from the living room, 2 bedrooms have also TV. There was a pet bird always hanging around the house, and the children enjoyed feeding it. The property is huge, we tried to walk it a few times, but never got to the end. We also enjoyed herbs and salads from the veggie garden. Thanks for the great holiday.

Homely, quiet farm stay.

We had a such a great time staying here. The kids loved it! Especially the chocolates and lolly suprises ;) We were welcomed by Bill and his lovley family. Felt at home as soon as we walked in. So many little touches we really appreciated that made our stay so comfortable. Fully equipped home away from the hussle and bussle. I felt like I could really relax here. But still close enough to enjoy the surrounding towns.

Lovely cottage

Lovely cottage in rural area. Well decorated with all kind of details and the beds were made with lots of cushions and dolls/ teddy bears. Kids loved to have their own TV on their room! Fully equipped kitchen. Location is perfect if you both want to explore the national parks and Byron bay area. We loved staying here!

My Best Stayz Stay so Far

The property was beautifully presented and so welcoming! Bill was a fantastic host and nothing was too much trouble. The property was very well set up, very clean, very comfortable and provided the most comprehensive supply of basic items I have ever seen in a Satyz or AirBnB property. The setting is also beautiful. I can't recommend Collett Cottage enough and I will definitely be back.

beautiful getaway away from the crowds

My mum and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Collett's cottage in Federal. Bill and Kirsten were wonderful hosts who made sure we were comfortable the entire week we stayed. If you're seeking somewhere peaceful and quiet, with trails to walk around the property, then this will be up your alley. The only thing to take into consideration is that they have a young pit bull who is friendly and harmless, but also quite inquisitive and boisterous so if you're wary of dogs then maybe chat to the owners before booking. Oh, and if you love sushi then definitely check out the local cafe, which is only a 15 minute walk away! Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay again if back in northern NSW.
