Propriété de 3 chambres au bord de l'eau sur 2 acres avec accès direct à l'eau au lac Eildon.

2 chambres ont des lits queen size et une chambre avec lits superposés pour 4 personnes. La maison peut accueillir un total de 8 personnes.

La maison a une salle de bain et une salle d'eau.

Tous les lits ont des oreillers, une couverture et des couettes. Veuillez apporter vos propres draps, taies d'oreiller et serviettes.

La maison a une cuisine bien équipée, avec machine à café et micro-ondes. AUCUN CONSTRUIT AU FOUR. Un four à micro-ondes à convection de table est disponible qui peut également faire des rôtis.

La propriété dispose d'un barbecue, cuisinière à gaz et grill, réfrigérateur et congélateur.

Salle à manger intérieure et extérieure.

Grande terrasse avec beaucoup d'ombre si nécessaire.

Un téléviseur avec récepteur satellite VAST et lecteur DVD et chaîne stéréo.

Jeux de société pour enfants et adultes.

Cheminée à foyer ouvert avec grand tas de bois.

Plus de 8 adultes seront facturés un supplément de 50 $ par nuit et par adulte. Les enfants ont 12 ans et moins.

Nous vous recommandons d'utiliser la rampe publique pour bateaux à Eildon, pour y mettre votre bateau, qui n'est qu'à une courte distance en voiture de la ville. Nous avons un ponton d'amarrage contre lequel vous pouvez amarrer votre bateau pendant votre séjour.

Veuillez noter que la propriété et ses environs sont situés dans un environnement naturel avec un accès direct à l'eau et qu'en conséquence, ils sont ouverts à des risques inhérents, les propriétaires n'acceptent aucune responsabilité en cas de perte ou de blessure, nous demandons donc aux locataires de prendre soin de la sécurité de eux-mêmes et leurs invités.

La région peut être assez résonnante, alors faites attention à vos voisins, surtout après 23 heures du soir.

Le ponton d'amarrage et l'accès au lac par notre propriété, est strictement réservé aux personnes qui louent la propriété. Aucune voiture, remorque, bateau ou jet-ski supplémentaire ne doit être entreposé ou conduit sur la propriété. En cas de violation de ces règles, la caution sera conservée. (Malheureusement, certaines personnes le ruinent pour d'autres).

La partie supérieure de l'allée est un peu raide, les véhicules à deux roues motrices doivent donc être prudents à la sortie.

Tout dommage à la propriété ou nettoyage supplémentaire requis peut entraîner la conservation d'une partie de la caution. Cela vous sera communiqué avant que cela ne se produise.

Nice location and peacful. Phone reception is bad and internet reception was almost non existent The tv didn't have any signal it couldn't connect to satellite.. There wasn't a canoe/kayak like described. For the fire pit I suggest taking a bag of fire wood/kindling

Perfect location

Had a great time with our family, perfect location and neat property. Owner very approachable and easy to communicate with. Need some maintenance on the outside deck. Will definitely return.

Great secluded property

Down the steep driveway with my trailer was a feat, but what welcomed us was a country property with fantastic views of the lake. The indoor and outdoor fireplaces set the atmosphere, and kept the children working and warm! The kitchen and lounge areas were great for our home cooked meals, plus the oil heaters to keep us warm of a night in the middle of winter. Having the pontoon was a convenience for our short term fishing boat hire, which we thank you for, though the lake was only at 52% we still enjoyed the experience!

Relaxing cozy holiday

The waterfront house was in an amazing location and although the weather got chilly water and boating fun was still had. The fireplace was a wonderful welcome to come back to and for those who chose to stay in and put their feet up there was plenty of room and a stunning view. Thanks we will definitely be back

Tranquil

Enjoyed the outdoor fire place each night. Mooring the boat to the pontoon made it east to spend more time on the water. Very peaceful and quiet at night.

Great Spot

This really is a piece of paradise...The location is amazing and the view from the house instance relaxation...The house is old so manage your expectation but it is a fabulous house we loved it and the bird life is just lovely to watch... There isnt great internet service which didn't bother us we enjoyed the disconnection but might not be for everyone ..

Beautiful location!

We just had a lovely weekend at the Taylor Bay Waterfront Retreat. Great access to the lake from the property. We dropped our boat in at the Eildon boat ramp and motored around to the property. Being able to tie up to the pontoon each day and not take the boat in and out of the water was fantastic. The house is basic, but clean and comfortable. Cathryn is a delight to deal with.

Stunning views and very relaxing

Two families and everyone had an amazing time. The property has direct lake access and a pontoon to fish off, moor your boat. A Murray Cod was caught and released for the next guests. A lovely view. Plenty of room for everyone and we were very comfortable. We took paper plates to save us from washing dishes. Thanks for an unforgettable holiday.

Great location but house and amenities well below expectations.

Lovely location in a quiet bay with boat access out the front. Unfortunately the house is poorly maintained, dirty and very poorly equipped without even the basics. The outdoor furniture and BBQ should be out for hard rubbish and the kitchen appears to have not been properly cleaned in years.

Family Holiday

Our family had a lovely time catching up at this beautiful lakeside property. Immaculate, plenty of space and gorgeous atmosphere. My husband and I had no issues navigating the driveway although less experienced drivers would find it daunting. Also, with low water levels, we found accessing the jetty with our kayaks somewhat tricky but doable. The view from the wide, welcoming deck, however, more than made up for any drawbacks. Good time had by all!

Piece of paradise

We were a family group of adults wanting a place to stay with our dogs and a place to moor our boat for water skiiing. We had that - although it was a bit of a rocky trek to the pontoon, but the outcome was worth it for that tiny inconvenience. It was paradise sitting on the deck with the wildlife singing. A rustic house that was clean and spacious and great for the 8 of us. Be careful of the maps app sending you from Eildon to the property via a four wheel drive track.which was not pleasant and unnecessary as the other way is completely sealed all the way to the driveway of the property, which 7 out of 8 of us went by.

This place is Well worth a visit !!

We had a great time at Taylor’ Bay retreat. The place has such a relaxing feel about it from the moment you step in!! The wooden interior is so welcoming. The big windows in the living area and two of the bedrooms allow a great view of the lake! The place is spacious and uncluttered ! The kitchen is a bit dated but equipped with everything you need. We cought some fish for dinner from the mooring which was an unexpected addition to our lovely stay at this lake house. There is plenty of fire wood and we had it burning most of the time. There are two sitting areas which was nice too. The owner was lovely and gave us clear instructions about the services of the house so everything went so easy and well. We highly recommend this place as a lovely place to escape from the busy city life! The only down for a long stay is the lack of a washing machine, but was not a problem for us. Very nice !!

Lovely surrounds, sad old house.

Location wonderful, quiet beach/bay but pontoon for the boat, dirty, lousy access both to and from it. Front entrance to house was a precursor to the inside. Old, shabby, dirty. Furniture and cushions filthy, dining room chairs with cigarette burns, a half empty water bottle under the couch in bedroom 3 and orange peel under couch in lounge. Dust everywhere and then the spider webs in and around the windowsills. OMG not cleaned anytime this century. Back deck positively dangerous. Nails protruding, wood splitting, BBQ unusable, filled with the rodent droppings. Not fit for human use! Check out the washing machine, it's next to the tree that looks like a clothes line. Serious problems when we suffered a storm and high winds. No reception to notify owner of large fallen tree branch across driveway close to the gate, blocking the exit. Unsafe area to be in without wi-fi, phone reception or a CHAIN SAW! 1) How does a property like this manage to qualify for Public Liability Insurance? 2) Seriously tired, old, shabby place, not fit for purpose.

This property needs a lot of work to get it ready as a rental

Hi There, whilst we enjoyed our stay, and loved the time on the lake, the house had far too many issues / deficiencies. Our feedback on issues is below. Overflowing septic - absolute stench most of the time outside Children’s room, unable to open window as no key provided and window locked. Carpet very dusty, could not use fan in room without making the kids cough. Bunks unsafe. Kids slept 6 nights on living room floor. Power - some lights not working (we did manage to get power on in the bedrooms and bathrooms), all power went off several times and needed to be reset at the power board to turn back on DVD player doesn’t work Risk of gas coming out of old gas lights??? Wifi / Internet, no mention of not having it in the listing (in 2023, this should be included, or at least highlighted as not having it - made it very difficult to manage work whilst away) Very limited mobile reception, easily solved with a $1,500 cell booster, which should be considered for a rental if you are not going to provide internet No dishwasher, again an expected item and whilst it's not the end of the world to wash dishes by hand while on holiday, it would be appreciated if this was mentioned as not available Only one aircon for whole house - we were very hot, and had trouble sleeping in the bedrooms General maintenance - this is an opinion, but in our view the house is not up to rental standard overall, and certainly not for $4,000 for a week We left a day early as we’d had enough…

Waterfront property with a view.

Very comfortable and relaxing home, great for a family to chill out. Used the pontoon to stand up paddle board each day. The drive way is a little steep but well made and we managed in a rear wheel drive, fully loaded car. Hosts were great to deal with and responded straight away. Would highly recommend.

A perfect family boating holiday

My husband and two kids (14 & 16 yo) just enjoyed 6 nights staying at the waterfront 'Retreat'. We had a fabulous time and were blessed with great weather and very high water levels on the lake. The house was a super comfy, homely place to retreat back to after a day of water based activities. It was also a great spot from which to explore the tracks around beautiful Lake Eildon. The private pontoon was also ideal to keep our boat in the water the whole time we were there. We will be back for sure! Thank you to our attentive hosts Cathryn and Craig 😃

Wonderfully relaxing cabin.

After such a stressful season as essential workers during lockdown our family could not have chosen a more relaxing setting. The cabin was in the most beautiful setting, king parrots greeted us and shared our snacks 😍 Newly renovated bedrooms and bathrooms with bush cabin feel in open living areas. Our very old dog thoroughly enjoyed the deck and strolls to the lake. We are grateful we had 4WD for the driveway! Cathryn was very helpful rebooking our stay during to the continued lockdowns, very grateful for thr support, our high pressure work would have made the planning burdensome otherwise.
