Best ocean views is most certainly what you have when you stay at this property! The location is fabulous as it’s so close to restaurants and bars. The apartment is comfortable, and all you need for a relaxing break.

Absolutely beautiful view. Awesome unit for 2 people. Heaps of close options for dining. Shops close by. We didnt need to hire a car as everything was close by for our holiday. Look foward to coming back.

The apartment is great. The location and views are amazing and on the top floor is the best apartment location in the building. Everything is easy walking distance, the apartment comfortable and well appointed and the views are great. Owner is great to deal with and nothing is too much trouble. Great property and the best in the complex with really great rates. We had a really enjoyable holiday in this lovely property.

Perfect location looking at ocean across the street. Safe, friendly area with lots of restaurants. Grocery store within walking distance, pharmacy McDonald's. Hotel clean. Small kitchen with full fridge, toaster plunge coffee. Balcony. Strand area is a bit noisy with local traffic going to restaurants, but not bothersome. Great area for walking along boardwalk. Lots of beaches. Market on Fridays. Very clean. perfect spot

This was our first time stay at Bill & Carolyn's unit and found it very comfortable. We have stayed at Aquarius on the Beach before but enjoyed this particular unit as the kitchen was separate which made it all feel much roomier. As stated by others before us, the lower water pressure in the shower was evident but it turned out to be just fine as you got used to it. Nothing to worry about. Thanks again - see you again soon.

Beautiful wiew .No water pressure on 13th floor and mild hot water. Found three people coming out of our room prior to check out time Both our wallets and and my wife's jewellery were still in room with other luggage as we had to do a couple of trips to car.It was about 9.45 but still???

Great place to stay

Great location with wonderful views overlooking the ocean and Magnetic Island. Everything you need either at the apartment or close by. Communication with hosts Bill and Carolyn was excellent and they were extremely helpful with a last minute change of plans and also when accidentally leaving something behind. Highly recommend

Great spot, immaculate living spaces

I was looking for somewhere with a view, a beach, a pool, a comfortable bed and a decent TV etc to chill out in at night. I found the perfect place that was also immaculately clean and had all those little added touches that make it like a home. Added to this my wonderful hosts provided an extra night when I realised I’d stuffed up my next booking at a discounted price! I’ll be staying again! 😊😊😊😊😊

Beach front holiday with stunning views

Enjoy the sound of the waves in this comfortable studio apartment while you gaze at ocean views, including Magnetic Island. You have all the comforts of home, including a separate kitchen area. The ideal location is close to numerous cafes in Gregory Street as well as the restaurants on The Strand in North Ward, Townsville. I have to add that the bed and pillows were very comfortable, as was the air conditioning. We look forward to our next stay there.

Great view, marvelous location on the Strand

A very pleasant spot to stay in the Strand area of Townsville with great views across to Magnetic Island and the marina. Adequate kitchenette to prepare food if you don't want to go out to any of the nearby cafes. Simple check in, great rates.

Great place to stay in Townsville

Good value for money, good bed,centrally located, nice pool, clean. Limited cooking facilities and equipment. Fire alarm in kitchen is a concern even if cooking toast as a big fine if you set it off. Fine if you dont want to cook.

Thanks for your review , we hope to see you back in the future yes good value in the best location and views in Townsville , yes it is a studio with limited cooking as says in the description not good if you are planning a Sunday roast, in. 14 years we 1312 has never set off the fire alarm , the toast is fine as long as u don't burn it, many cafes restaurants bars iless then a couple minutes walk away including takeaways, take a break from slaving over a stove.

Top floor amazing ocean views , set on the Strand (esplanade) WiFi is free fast Unlimited our own NBN for 1312 only. , (not the useless shared aquarius system ) perfect studio of couples or singles, Check in is self just walk in so easy no hassle fast. Why pay more book here .
Note we also have two other studios in Aquarius need more accommodation for workers or family let us know. We can do better rates for multiple bookings.
