Good Vibes Condo sur la plage sur Seawall Blvd (lit King size)

Bienvenue à Good Vibes, un condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains situé en front de mer et pouvant accueillir confortablement jusqu’à 8 personnes si au moins 2 enfants sont des enfants (maximum 6 adultes).
Notre condo est situé dans le luxueux The Dawn Condominiums, juste en face de la plage, à proximité des épiceries, à quelques minutes des restaurants et des attractions, et se trouve au 3ème (dernier) étage avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Il s’agit d’un condominium sécurisé situé sur Seawall Blvd et 69th Street.
Il y a 2 piscines, jacuzzi, et une salle de fitness disponible pour nos clients dans les espaces communs de la copropriété.

Occupation maximale: 6 adultes (ou 8 personnes si au moins 2 enfants sont inclus dans la réservation).

Disposition du condo:

Chambre à coucher principale: lit king avec salle de bain privée.
Deuxième chambre: lit queen.
La deuxième salle de bain est en face de la deuxième salle de bain.
Salon: canapé-lit Queen.
Matelas pliant supplémentaire en mousse à mémoire de reine et cadre pliant disponible (à l'intérieur du placard).
Salle à manger - table à manger pour 6 personnes
Cuisine entièrement équipée avec cuisinière, four, micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle.
Grand balcon avec chaises et tables de bar.



Importante règle HOA: 25 USD. 00 frais de stationnement est obligatoire par le HOA. Le client doit payer ces frais au lobby à son arrivée pour obtenir un permis de stationnement valable pour la totalité du séjour.

Notez que le condo est au 3ème étage et qu’il n’ya pas d’ascenseur. Cependant, il vous suffit de monter 2 volées d'escaliers. S'il vous plaît se référer aux images.

This property was as described. Yes, there are stairs which may be an issue for some. We enjoyed the balcony view and the location of this property in relation to the sea wall. We like to keep up with our laundry, especially when beach going and the washer and dryer facilities in room were very convenient. We had enough space where the 5 of us were not on top of each other... as we had plenty of room to spread out and to be comfy.

We had a great time at this property. It met our needs. Nice view from the balcony. The host was very pleasant and helpful. Instructions were amazing. It was windy when we were there, so the ocean water was a bit much. Not a problem there are multiple pools and hot hubs. We took advantage of. Property is secure, staff are very pleasant. Great get-away

This condo was everything I wanted in a vacation stay! It was clean, the beds were comfy and it was located directly across from the beach as well as close to many restaurants and activities. The check in process was easy and the hosts were very accessible.

Great location, value and hosts!

The condo was very clean and had plenty of comfortable beds for 5 adults and 1 nine yr old. The location was right on the Galveston Seawall and close to great restaurants and Pleasure Pier. Our hosts were amazing, communicated with us throughout our stay and were very quick and gracious to help with any last minute needs! Will definitely stay again!

We did enjoy our stay at this condo. The location was wonderful and the view was incredible. I have to say that we all felt like the beds were amazing and very comfortable. This is a gated community and it is very well taken care of. You will have to pay to park there which is a little expensive but at least you can trust that your vehicle is safer. The condo could use some updating as it has begun to show some wear from the number of people that have been there. I did share that with the owners and they were very receptive and kind. We would definitely stay there again.

Beach time get away

Clean property in a great location, right across from the beach. It is a third story and no elevator so be prepared for that if stairs are an issue. We had a great trip with lots of good food locations on the island

This condo was perfect for our family of four! It had everything we needed. Clean, spacious and a beautiful view! Also a gated community. We felt very safe and friendly staff in the office. A very easy walk across the street to the beach and when you’re done there you can cool off in one of the 2 nice pools!! Rod and Patty were wonderful hosts! Very prompt when responding to any questions and they made some excellent food suggestions!! I would highly recommend staying here and if we’re ever back in the area I would stay here again!!

Great place

Checked in on a Friday and checked out a week later. The place was clean and well-furnished. Nice view of the ocean. The pool and hot tub were also clean and well-maintained. No elevator so be prepared to walk up the stairs. We will be back.

Great property. Furniture/etc could be updated & cleaner. And an operable sofa bed. And linens for the queen extra/fold out bed. And the bath/shower bath floor needs an anti-slip surface or mat. We had to buy linens & an anti-slip mat. Great views from the balcony & great pools.

Great Property

My family (3 adults and 2 kids) stayed here for 3 nights/4 days. We needed to be close to the Galveston Island Convention center, and this property was perfect, you get beach views while still being close to many businesses/restaurants, etc. My kids loved both pools and the hot tub. Also, the bird net on the balcony made sitting outside to beach watch much more pleasant!The property is nice and clean, with numerous amenities that made our stay comfortable. There was plenty of cookware, plates, utensils, etc. The beds and bed linens were comfortable, and we loved the addition of the hideaway bed vs. a couch bed, as it was much more comfortable according to our kiddos.It does seem to stay a little warm, even though the AC ran the entire time and other tower fans were provided. This isn’t something that we reported though, because it is Galveston in July and on the top floor (hot air rises), and being from SETX ourselves, we understand the heat and humidity! Overall, we had a great and comfortable stay and would recommend this property to anyone!

Great extended weekend getaway

My daughters had a great time enjoying the beach and pools, before the start of a new school year. Condo was nice and in close proximity to all amenities. Owner’s attention to detail was also refreshing.
