Christmas Break

Lovely furnishing and position though the kitchen is quite dated, maybe a new dishwasher and kitchen drawers that slide properly?

Nice Beach Property

We enjoyed our week at this well appointed accommodation with thoughtful touches like many books to read. The beds are comfortable, AC works well and it has enough plates, glasses and crockery. It is an easy walk to Sunshine beach, shops and restaurants. The property could be improved with a little updating; by including furniture suitable to lounge on outside, as there is very little around the pool and some maintenance on oven door and kitchen drawers. Also be aware that the secure parking is suitable for small car only.

Wedding short stay

Lovely short stay with family for Wedding, close walking distance to surf club and beach. Property was clean on surface. Only a couple of improvement comments. Bathroom downstairs needs mould removed and aired. Fan upstairs bedroom requires a dust to be removed. Overall lovely townhouse, would stay again.

Thank you for letting me know about the ceiling fan in the upper bedroom, in fact, I've spoken to the new guests and plan to go in there immediately to sort it, really value the feedback. The downstairs bathroom was closed off yesterday and the mould treated. Thank you again. Paul

Relaxing visit to the Sunshine Beach

My mum and I spent Christmas at this beautiful property and despite the weather dampening the festive spirit, the property was cosy, well equipped and perfect for staying in. Paul was easy to communicate with, and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Thank you Bryanna for your kind review, so pleased you enjoyed the space. I am sorry we could not lay on the best of our Sunny Coast weather, but great you found the property to your liking. We have recently updated the furnishings and installed air-conditioning throughout, you were one of the first to experience the improvements. Again thank you for taking the time to put pen to paper. All the best. Paul

Lovely unit in fantastic location.

We had a great stay in Noosa, the property is in a great location and was perfect for our little get away we loved staying here and will definitely be back again!! Paul is a wonderful property manager, very easy to deal with and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. He even assisted in getting me back hubby’s Medicare card when it fell out of his wallet at the property without us realising it until we were back home. Thanks Paul 😊

Hot Dusty and Disappointing

Make sure you pack a box of Telfast if you stay at this property as it is very dusty. We spent 4 hours cleaning and washing the linen and the dishes were put away dirty. Only 1 air conditioning unit in the master bedroom so it was really hot. The outside umbrella was broken the oven door was broken, the couch was ripped and smelt like sweat and cigarettes. There was no DVD player, no cable TV, no bar fridge and no tongs. The outdoor furniture was old and dirty - don’t be fooled by the photos. Overall extremely disappointing and not worth the money.

It was a pleasure to have you all stay at The Courtyards and thank you for your review. The location is just perfect, and I hope you found the easy direct access to the dog friendly beach, and took advantage of those areas at Sunshine Beach that are off-leash. The townhouse is very spacious over the three levels with plenty of cross ventilation to keep it fresh, giving it that large and airy appeal. So pleased you had a great experience, it was indeed our pleasure to host you. Best wishes and kind regards, Paul
