Had parking for the car. Public transport and food outlets close by. Comfortable unit and quiet. Find out simple things like where to find the common area, pool and gym and where to put the rubbish. We found out the information from the residents we ran into and they were kind enough to show us.

Lovely apartment- spacious, light, nice outlook, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool, hot pool and sauna were great. Excellent location in the Viaduct area, nice walks and great restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is in a great location. The apartment needs aircon as it gets so hot due the the large north facing windows.

Great Location

The condo was in a great location - 10-15 min walk to the CBD where you find great shopping, eateries and the marina. The property mngt was very accommodating and easy to get a hold of. Space was excellent

Poor service, half an hour delay to get entry to property. Only had two beds yet listing said three. Rooms and bathrooms were dirty. Key swab for the carpark didn't work for us on the second day so could not access carpark. When you called for assistance no one knew what was going on and gave us the run around. Would not recommend this apartment as the back up service is dysfunctional.

Sorry about what you experience during your stay with us. Delay check-in: we try to be punctual as much as possible and that's the reason why we asked for your ETA (sent on May 12 and Jun 8) upon booking as this unit requires personal check-in. We need to arrange it with our staff beforehand so they can schedule their day as they also have other check-ins to do. I can see that you were only able to complete our form around 5pm NZ time so we were only able to inform staff that you've arrived. We ask for your patience as we need to consider their travel time to your unit as well. Bed count: our listing title clearly states "Beautiful 2BR - Pool, Gym & Parking Zodiak Stays" so we are surprised that it was booked because it says 3 BR. We did report this to VRBO since it might be their web configuration that had caused this confusion. Also I told our staff at the time that if you wish to go since we understand you may want 3BR then we can let you cancel. However, we received no further communication about this. Cleaning: our housekeeping team has a set of checklist they have to strictly follow in order to maintain quality service to our guests. But then again, they are only human and can commit misses from time to time. Unfortunately, we didn't receive any feedback from you during your stay about cleanliness. We would have loved to fix them right away in order for you to have a comfortable stay. Carpark access: we will monitor this as so far we haven't received any feedback regarding guests unable to use it. We also didn't receive any communication from you during your check in about this. Also, may we ask who you contacted regarding assistance? As our personal check in staff can only show you in the unit but all other queries needed to go through us so we can answer them promptly and correctly. Please message us through Vrbo so we can follow up and make the necessary improvements. Thank you for your feedback.
