The Space:

Enjoy a stylish and relaxing stay in this beautiful two-bedroom luxury apartment, perfectly positioned in the heart of Auckland’s vibrant Viaduct Harbour and Wynyard Quarter. With excellent restaurants, cafés, bars, waterfront attractions, and the city centre all within easy reach, this is an ideal base for exploring Auckland while having a comfortable and peaceful place to return to.



The bright living area is designed for comfort, featuring a large Smart TV, air conditioning, and a spacious sofa that converts into a queen-size bed when required. Step outside onto the private balcony and enjoy your morning coffee, an afternoon break, or a glass of wine while taking in the Auckland atmosphere. And, as Auckland is known for its famously changeable weather, you may even experience a little bit of every season during your stay!



The apartment features two spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a high-quality, comfortable king-size bed, generous wardrobe space, and its own ensuite bathroom. Fresh linens and thoughtful amenities are provided to make your stay feel easy and relaxing.



The bathrooms are equipped with everyday essentials including shampoo, body wash, a hairdryer, and other useful touches to help you feel right at home.



The modern, fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including basic cooking essentials.



A Countdown Metro supermarket is conveniently located just across the complex, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and takeaway options nearby.



One secure underground car park is available with the booking. Please request parking at the time of booking. Additional paid parking is available across the road.



Located in a quiet residential complex, this apartment is perfect for guests seeking a relaxing city escape. Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted, and a strict noise policy applies, with fines for breaches.



Please note: The apartment is not suitable for pets or parties.



Here at Zodiak Stays, we provide our guests with free unlimited WIFI, towels and bed linen, as well as a welcome pack of starter amenities, and we use a high quality cleaning company so the apartment will be perfect for your arrival.

Guest Access:

The apartment is yours in its entirety. Full access to gym, pool, spa and sauna. Wynyard Quarter and waterfront about 20 metres from the apartment!



The car park is complimentary, but it does need to be booked in advance. Just send us a message via airbnb to let us know if you need it or not!



The Neighborhood:

This is a beautiful spot where the viaduct basin laps the edge of the building right up to the edge of the indoor pool.



Minutes walk from one of the hottest night spots in Auckland. The viaduct harbour is well developed in anticipation of the upcoming Americas cup yacht racing with top class restaurants boutique breweries/bars and a stones throw from new and exciting Wynyard quarter.



So centrally located between upmarket Sofitel boutique hotel and the brand new Hyatt waterfront hotel, this property is so quiet you could mistakenly think you are on your own. Light warm airy and quiet with great amenities. You couldn't ask for more.



Getting Around:

There is the SkyBus to and from the Airport, or via taxi. For trains, busses, and ferries: Britomart bus and train station/Wynyard Wharf Ferry Terminal and Downtown Pier 4. You can also use the Lime Scooters to get around the city, as well as Uber (or Zoomy – NZ’s version of Uber).

Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.



Key Pick-Up: The key will need to be picked up from a secure location in the Viaduct (16 Market Place), which is a 10 minute walk or 3 min drive away from the apartment. They provide 24/7 access to keys via lockboxes. Please double-check if this suits you and ask us if you have any questions or concerns before booking. They also have free WiFi access at Keyp-It in case you need the internet to contact us. We will send you the full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date.



Parking: There is a free secure carpark in the building allocated to this apartment. Please inquire before booking.



Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the apartment for a $85 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.



Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.



Housekeeping: We can arrange extra weekly housekeeping during your stay if requested for the same price as the cleaning fee listed per clean. Stays longer than 21 days will be required to have a mid-stay clean at your expense. Please just send us a message if you need extra cleaning as we will need to organise this with the cleaning company we use.



Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay (6x shampoo, 6x bodywash, 6x tea/coffee, 6x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes) but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.



Coffee Machine: We don’t provide coffee pods in the unit, but you’re very welcome to bring your own favorites. For your convenience, we’ve provided complimentary instant coffee during your stay



Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed and a face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.



Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.



This is a professionally managed apartment by Zodiak Stays so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced apartment. As above, weekly housekeeping can still be arranged as an extra service.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.
