We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was the perfect size for our 2 small families. The location was great, and on the quieter side, but still super close to everything. The property manager was very quick to respond. We would definitely stay here, again.

This home was perfect for us! Having both a young child and a disabled grandmother in our family, this home accommodated both. The house is spacious, clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The owners made booking, check in and check out super smooth. They’re super nice and made sure everything was perfect. We loved our stay here and look forward to renting here again.

Ocean Lakes Is the Place to Stay!

Nice beach decor, lovely deck, the elevator was an excellent addition, towels, and sheets provided. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. Golf cart rides were so much fun. The beach area is clean and wonderful.

Awesome place for a family

Perfect Vacation

There is a smaller Walmart very close to the campground and one a supercenter just a short drive away. The house itself was perfect for my family and we had no problems. Check in was easy and the hosts communicated with us.

Memorable Memorial Day Weekend

We just returned from our long weekend at this property. Although the weather wasn’t what we expected, the house and amenities were enough to make wonderful memories. The house was exactly as advertised. The managers were very accommodating for our group. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house short walk to the beach

Great experience !! Our first time at Ocean Lakes. Our host Megan was outstanding she was so helpful throughout our stay. Definitely recommend this home. Walking distance to the beach. We rented the golf cart that came with house it was perfect. No problems. Beautiful downstairs outdoor space. Lots of room with a TV. Great wifi

Needs some improvements

We stayed during a week of bad weather, but the house was a cozy and spacious retreat that made our trip enjoyable nonetheless. The interior was comfortable and great for relaxing indoors.However, there were a few issues: the outdoor furniture, golf cart, and grill were dirty; the deck had exposed nails and needs repairs; and the kitchen lacked essentials like dishwasher tablets and laundry soap. The dishes could also use an upgrade.Overall, it's a good place to stay with lots of potential—just needs some maintenance and a few thoughtful touches.

I contacted the agent or owner several times about sone issues with the home.....freezer was over frozen and then defrosted 3 times thru week.....a/c cpuld not be adjusted.... and there was no gas for the grill and it looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a while.....alot of grease......but other than not having any communication back .....the house was wonderful

IT WAS ME AND MY 84 YEAR OLD MOTHER , WE HAD A COUBLE OF QUESTIONS APON ARRIVAL,THE OWNER WERE QUICK TO HELP US OUT . MY MOTHER AND I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THE HOME AND HOW NEAT AND BEAUTIFUL IT WAS !!! I'M HANDICAPPED AND WITH MY ELDERLY MOTHER THE ELEVATOR IN THE HOME WAS PREFECT TO HELP GET UP TO THE 2ND FLOOR . IF YOUR OLD OR YOUNG THIS IS WITHOUT A DOUBT THE IS THE PLACE FOR YOU . WILL BE BACK MANY TIMES. THANKS TO THE OWNERS FOR ALLOWING US TO STAY IN SUCH A BEAUTIFUL HOME !!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice Place. Clean. Great Weather!!!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, the linens were sealed and clean. A few small issues, the cushions on the downstairs furniture need to be replaced. the BBQ grill is ready for some new burners, and the golf cart needs some attention. Look forward to returning.

Nice House

Nice house. Beautifully decorated and comfortable even though the rooms are kind of small. 10 am check-out way too early. Golf cart rules are posted in SEVERAL locations and obviously the homeowners pride and joy, however it definitely needs some upgrades. Front seat cracked and just about to come off the floor. Left us stranded on the beach had to push it back to the house. Called and reported and was told it was how we plugged it in. If there is a specific way it should be plugged in should be posted on the cart. Still a nice home and a great 4 days with family!

Good house

We had a good experience with this property... a few issues included the golf cart having leftover trash, the bottom bunk on the bunk room was broken, and the bathrooms weren't exactly cleaned. The manager of the house was very polite and responsive and even though we had a few issues the overall stay and experience was good and would recommend to others.

Great House

The house was great, exactly as described in the listing. Newly remodeled, and perfect for our family. When we got there after combing through all the emails and information looking for the code to unlock the golf cart, realized it had not been provided ( reading the reviews for the house, this wasn’t the first time that’s happened). I contacted the person whom they provided and had to wait for a response. We got there at 6, and finally we’re able to go out to the beach at 8 once we got the code. When we came back from the beach, the lights on the cart wouldn’t work. So we were not able to be out past sunset for the remainder of our stay, which was a drawback because we wanted to get ice cream etc. Overall a good experience.

Amazing 5112!!!

Me and my family loved staying in 5112! this RV campsite/Town was amazing all in one. you never have to leave if you don't want to. This property was great with the golf cart included (an absolute must) once you stay here you will not want to stay anywhere else.

Nice time...

Home was nice. We had to wait for cleaning due to a miscommunication. The only criticism that we had was that it was taken for granted that we knew about the campground and we were new to the experience. It is a big place and needs some orientation for newcomers. I would have preferred beachfront but enjoyed the week.
