Great family vacation

It was a great week at the condo! The property was tidy and the arrival process was so easy. It was a short drive away from the grocery store and delicious restaurants. The pool is great for the kids. Communication with manager was very good, she and her husband were quick to answer. Thank you for the nice stay!

Superbe condo

Le condo est tres joli, propre et bien équipé. C'est tranquille. Tres bien situé. Il y a une plage de l'autre cote de la rue pour se baigner et admirer les couchers de soleil. Les communications avec Joann sont faciles et l'acces est aussi tres facile. Nous recommandons sans hesiter!!

Great little condo. Very quiet

This condo was lovely. The property manager was quick to respond and helpful. The condo was quiet, we loved the little pool and lived that we could see the ocean from the lanai. The kitchen was great to have with all the supplies you could need. There were ample towels and closet and dresser space. The air conditioner was pretty loud and didn't reach the bedrooms well, but there were lots of fans provided.

Our Maui holiday

Great location and accommodations provided by our host Joann. Some minor inconveniences with condo, but Joann was responsive and took care of things promptly. Lots of Maui dust and little critters around the place but that is to be expected when visiting an island. Would come back again.

There were a lot of bugs

There was trash left in the unit for seemingly a while and the trash was full of bugs. I contacted the host immediately and she gave me numbers of people I could call to have them come clean again if I wanted. I figured they didn’t do it properly the first time so probably wouldn’t the second so spent a good few hours of my first day (after a long flight) cleaning the floors and cabinets etc. Killed up to two dozen roaches a day. Had a river of ghost ants along one of the walls one day. Got bitten by a spider in the home and had to get urgent care. Killed multiple spiders in the home and even had a lizard along the walls. At that point we welcomed the lizard in the hopes that it would eat the bugs. We had to keep all food in the fridge bc if we left ANYTHING out there was a roach crawling toward it in minutes. We had to clean out cabinets and drawers bc there were bug droppings everywhere. I sent pictures and videos and felt the situation was not adequately resolved. I was told pest control would be called but they never came to the property and the host had the manager come and spray instead. It was said that the roaches should be gone in about 72 hours. I feel we were very patient and cooperative and after 72 hours the problem was never resolved. It was frustrating for sure. I kept being told that bugs are a problem on the island but I have been to Maui twice and have never had a problem like this. I will not be booking JoAnn’s place again.

Beautiful by the beach

Great property, accurate listing, wish we'd had access to a mop, though. Overall a great stay, can see the oceal from the balcony, and gets a great cooling breeze every evening.

We had a great time during our stay in Maui! The location was central to all of our adventures and our host, Joann, was so supportive and responsive. When my daughter had an unexpected medical emergency Joann was great in helping us try to figure things out. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful Experience

This was our very first time in Maui AND our first family vacation in almost 10 years so this was a HUGE deal for us and Joann's property was everything for us! Not only was it the perfect location but it was a fabulous property. Joann was amazing and supportive (as we were dealing with a family emergency) and extremely responsive to any questions we had. The property was beautifully cared for. The unit had absolutely everything a family needs for their vacation, from the fully stocked kitchen to the washer and dryer AND the invaluable beach necessities. The maintenance staff was out bright and early EVERY single morning taking care of the gorgeous property. If you are looking for a perfectly located, clean, modern and family friendly place to stay while in Maui this IS the place!! We won't hesitate to stay at Joann's property again, we loved it!!

Great Stay

Joann's place fit our needs perfectly. Our party included two adults and two kids (ages 7 and 11). It was super convenient to have a full kitchen for breakfast and packing lunches for our daytrips. The kids really enjoyed the boogie boards and sand toys that were available at the house. When we returned for the evening, kids always had the energy to use the community pool. We enjoyed sunsets each evening by simply walking across the street and hanging out on the beach that is just steps away. We found the location ideal since we had plans on all ends of the island and Kihei is very centrally located for most trips. Would recommend!

目の前が砂浜で、窓から見える日没はとても綺麗です。お部屋は広くて清潔、キッチンには必要な道具がしっかり揃っていて、ベランダには浜辺に持って行けるビーチチェア、ボディーボード等があります。オーナーにメールをすれば即お返事を下さり、コミュニケーションが取りやすいです。小さな蟻が出ますが、きっと場所柄、どこの部屋にもあることでしょう。車で5分ほどゆけば、大型スーパー、モールがあります。カフルイ空港から車で20分くらいなので、帰りの飛行機が朝早くて、真っ暗な中の運転となりましたが、比較的ラクでした。

Has everything you need!

This condo was small but had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped. They place was very clean except the floor was dusty. The pool and hot tub were clean and well-maintained. The owner was very responsive and showed true aloha to us as guests .

More than I could have hoped!

Joann was so great at communication, so my first Vrbo experience was a great one. No issues getting in, condo was amazing. Location, amenities, everything! Couldn’t imagine staying somewhere else if we ever make it back to Maui!

Amazing, but hot!!

This is such a beautiful condo in an amazing location in Kihei! Literally right across from the beach and a short drive from many shops and restaurants. The only issue we had was that the A/C unit was located in the living room and it did not effectively cool the bedrooms, so it was extremely hot during the night. Luckily there were several fans! Otherwise, a truly perfect spot in Maui and would absolutely recommend it.

Good views and updated

Overall we enjoyed the stay very much. The inside is updated and was clean when we arrived. There is a pool and hot tub you have access to as well, our kids enjoyed that a lot on days we weren’t able to go to the beach

Great location, easy access

We had a great stay. Location was good and convenient. Place was clean and spacious. Just across from the beach, great for morning walks! It was great that they had laundry detergent for the washing machine. Too bad there were no dish washing tablets for the dishwasher. Only complain would be the shower, wasn't able to adjust the show head and water pressure is not the best. Overall, a great place to stay.

Enjoyed our stay

Pros The Condo is in more of a residential/condo area so it’s a little quieter than just down the road. The shopping and restaurants are still close enough, just a mile or two down the street. Towels, beach chairs, a cooler and an umbrella were available for use. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful. The kitchen had all the pots and pans I needed to prepare a few meals while we were there. Cons Unfortunately the A/C is only located in the living room, the room with two beds stayed fairly cool but the back bedroom with the queen was too uncomfortable for me to sleep in so I ended up sleeping on the couch. The windows in the unit are glass shutters not solid glass and did not all open. General The apartment was not as clean as it could have been (I don’t blame the owner and I let her know my concerns, she was very receptive so I don’t think this should be an issue in the future.) With the trade winds it may be possible to keep the unit cooler with having the doors and windows open overnight. Unfortunately someone in a unit near this one was a smoker which would come into the unit if we had the door open on the patio (two members of my family have allergies so keeping the doors and windows open was not an option.)

A Much Needed Getaway

We loved the condo we stayed in. It was in a great neighborhood, directly across the street from the ocean. The decor inside was lovely. It was well supplied with the things we needed. It was especially great to have a washer and dryer! There is a plumeria tree right next to the lanai, and its fragrance greeted us every morning. Our host was amazing to work with, and we appreciated everything that she did to make our stay happen. Staying in this condo made a much-needed getaway a terrific, restful time.
