Fabulous condo

We stayed 4 nights and it was everything we hoped it would be. The location was central to all of the activities we had planned. All of the amenities listed were included. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Overnight Stay

Lovely property, very clean, well maintained across the street from the beach. Easy check-in. We only needed for one night after visiting Haleakala for star gazing. Our flight was leaving early in the morning. So we didn't get to use any of the facilities. The beds were comfortable, and we were able to wash and dry our clothes before heading back to the mainland. We would love to stay again for a longer period of time

Convenient and clean

The availabile beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler made for easy trips to the beach across the road and to the south to "turtle town." The pool and hot tub were nice when the beach was too windy to sit comfortably. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect lil house

We loved it, my only complaint no spices for cooking. It was perfect for me and my best friend and our boy's. They enjoyed yhe pool amd spa. We hope to come back soon!!!

Magical Maui

This is a great and comfortable condo that will meet all your needs. The kitchen is well equipped, fantastic to have a new washer and dryer, beach chairs and umbrellas were a bonus! If you are looking for a resort style vacation Kihei Holiday is not for you, the pool is ok but the beach is fantastic and we saw turtles daily and enjoyed the sun sets. It’s a fantastic location for day trips and close to stores etc. Neil was easy to communicate with and was so accommodating in letting us check in early! Thank you!

Great location for beach lovers

Convenient location. Only two issues were patio door difficult to open and unlock. The patio was great for morning and afternoon relaxing. Only 1/2 roll of toilet paper. Otherwise was well stocked with essentials. Thank you for helping make trip relaxing and enjoyable

Fantastic Condo and Fantastic Owner

This condo was a 5 star property with a 5 star owner. Unit was very clean and as described. Owner was attentive and quick to respond with any questions. Location is ideal and I would recommend this condo to friends and family. Mahalo for a fantastic stay.

Beautiful condo with great facilities and location

This condo is ideal for a family vacation. We were 4 adults and a toddler and had a great time here. Communication with the host was extremely smooth and he helped us resolve any issues we had quickly. He had a pack and play ready for our toddler in one of the bedrooms the day we arrived which was super helpful. There is a small beach right across the street from the condo. Many other Kihei beaches and even food trucks nearby. The condo is also stocked with 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and cooler which was such a great touch and made our beach trips easy and fun. The beds were comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. We had breakfast everyday with the view of the ocean. Three ACs in the unit helped us stay cool during warmer days. Overall highly recommend this condo if you’re looking for comfort and a great location.

Everything we needed was here. The kids had a great time in the pool and the beach. The location was in between everywhere we wanted to visit. The condo was exceptionally clean and kept very well.

Beautiful view

Condo has a beautiful view of the beach. Large unit with nice size rooms. Ac worked very well. Neil was is a wonderful host. Neil goes out of is way to make you feel at home. I will stay here again.

Magical Maui Stay!

We had the best time in Maui and are so glad we stayed in Neil’s condo. It was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids 4-11). The condo had everything we needed for a great time, including beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, beach mats, towels
 We didn’t use the kitchen to cook, other than toasting breakfast, but it was fully stocked with everything. The kids loved being able to jump in the pool after a day of adventure and beaching. Everything was seamless and perfect 🌈 đŸŒș đŸ€™ Mahalo for the stay!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Kihei is central and in the middle...both geographically and culturally. Being in the center of the island, we are not far from Kahalui and the airport, while at the same time only a short drive from the resort communities of Kaanapali, Napili, etc. And, of course, the historic community of Lahaina is just down the road.

As for the exact location of the condo, there is nothing better than having waterfront and a beach as your front yard with restaurants and shops minutes away.

Admittedly, there are many STR's to choose from. I believe what makes mine a cut above the rest is my personal attention to your needs. Unlike many units which are managed by companies on a commission basis and are impersonal and unreachable, I am the owner of my home and as I am retired, I can (and do) devote all of my energies to the well being of my guests. While I cannot guarantee a response 24/7, when awake I almost always respond within minutes. That, I believe, is a service not offered to many.
