Everything was so easy from checking to communicating with the owner. He gave us a list of his favorite "things" in Maui and it was so helpful. The location was perfect, the parking was easy, and the weather perfect! I have zero complaints!!

Nice Maui condo with recent upgrades. All appliances in kitchen are brand new. New AC units in each room. Very comfortable nicely decorated condo. Great location. Just close enough to the center of Kihei for convenience, but far enough away to be quite. The host was absolutely excellent with communication, very responsive to requests and offered several excursion suggestions for our trip. Excellent sunset view from the beach.

Very convenient spot for a great vacation

Everything we needed was here. The kids had a great time in the pool and the beach. The location was in between everywhere we wanted to visit. The condo was exceptionally clean and kept very well.

Fabulous condo

We stayed 4 nights and it was everything we hoped it would be. The location was central to all of the activities we had planned. All of the amenities listed were included. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Convenient and clean

The availabile beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler made for easy trips to the beach across the road and to the south to "turtle town." The pool and hot tub were nice when the beach was too windy to sit comfortably. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect lil house

We loved it, my only complaint no spices for cooking. It was perfect for me and my best friend and our boy's. They enjoyed yhe pool amd spa. We hope to come back soon!!!

Fantastic Condo and Fantastic Owner

This condo was a 5 star property with a 5 star owner. Unit was very clean and as described. Owner was attentive and quick to respond with any questions. Location is ideal and I would recommend this condo to friends and family. Mahalo for a fantastic stay.

Beautiful view

Condo has a beautiful view of the beach. Large unit with nice size rooms. Ac worked very well. Neil was is a wonderful host. Neil goes out of is way to make you feel at home. I will stay here again.

Magical Maui Stay!

We had the best time in Maui and are so glad we stayed in Neil’s condo. It was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids 4-11). The condo had everything we needed for a great time, including beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, beach mats, towels… We didn’t use the kitchen to cook, other than toasting breakfast, but it was fully stocked with everything. The kids loved being able to jump in the pool after a day of adventure and beaching. Everything was seamless and perfect 🌈 🌺 🤙 Mahalo for the stay!

Great location for beach lovers

Convenient location. Only two issues were patio door difficult to open and unlock. The patio was great for morning and afternoon relaxing. Only 1/2 roll of toilet paper. Otherwise was well stocked with essentials. Thank you for helping make trip relaxing and enjoyable

Ultimately, my desire as a guest is to be a perfect representative of where I am from while learning about the lifestyle and culture of where I am visiting without bias; and as a host to help achieve your perfect vacation and will work tirelessly until you are content... and perhaps in return you can teach me a little bit of where you are from and in doing so we can help make the world a little smaller.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Kihei is central and in the middle...both geographically and culturally. Being in the center of the island, we are not far from Kahalui and the airport, while at the same time only a short drive from the resort communities of Kaanapali, Napili, etc. And, of course, the historic community of Lahaina is just down the road.

As for the exact location of the condo, there is nothing better than having waterfront and a beach as your front yard with restaurants and shops minutes away.

Admittedly, there are many STR's to choose from. I believe what makes mine a cut above the rest is my personal attention to your needs. Unlike many units which are managed by companies on a commission basis and are impersonal and unreachable, I am the owner of my home and as I am retired, I can (and do) devote all of my energies to the well being of my guests. While I cannot guarantee a response 24/7, when awake I almost always respond within minutes. That, I believe, is a service not offered to many.
