Il est situé directement sur la plage et à seulement un pâté de maisons de Center Street avec tous les magasins et restaurants. Il est également à quelques pâtés de maisons dans l'autre sens des courts de tennis et de basket-ball communautaires.

Profitez du (PORCHE CÔTÉ ET ARRIÈRE SURDIMENSIONNÉ) avec de nombreux meubles d'extérieur et de vastes (VUES SUR L'OCÉAN) qui capturent le lever du soleil du matin sans obstruction. Les propriétaires ont fourni un (GRILL À GAZ) au rez-de-chaussée en plein air patio en bord de mer pour une expérience de barbecue parfaite. Le nettoyage du gril est à la charge des locataires.

The location on the beach and proximity to walk to town was perfect. The house was roomy and well set up for a family of six. The huge back porch was the best feature. Downtown had great shops and dining options. Bert’s Market was a short walk and definitely one of our favorite spots for food and any essentials. Easy drive into Charleston. We would definitely go back to this house and location.

We had a wonderful stay! The location couldn’t have been better. The beach access is absolutely perfect, and being so close to town made everything incredibly convenient. We walked everywhere—the 24-hour market is just one block away, and the restaurants, shops, and charming coffee spots are all within a few blocks.The house itself is lovely and spacious. While you’re likely to spend most of your time exploring or at the beach, it’s the perfect place to come back to. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather for meals, relax, and unwind while talking about the day’s adventures.Our only minor issue was that the A/C in the primary bedroom didn’t cool quite as well as the rest of the house. We found it worked best if we left the bedroom door open at night.The host was outstanding—very responsive, communicative, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. We’d happily stay here again!

The property is in a perfect location as its steps from downtown and pier. The house is on the beach and has a huge screened-in porch overlooking the water. The layout is a large kitchen/family room and 4 bedrooms/3 baths on the floor. We enjoyed our stay.

The view was amazing—sunrise and sunset! RIGHT ON THE BEACH—no obstruction of the view! Easy private access to the beach! Downtown, easy to walk to most restaurants (which were plenty). Close enough to Charleston to discover all that it has to share. Garage parking was a huge plus!

This house is located in the perfect location close to center street and the pier. It has a nice open floor plan and breathtaking views. Bonus was the private path to the beach and outdoor shower to rinse off your feet! It comes stocked with starter items but make sure you bring your own hand soap. The only negatives were that the cleaning wasn't up to par. We found a tuft of dark curly hair in the primary bedroom bed, dirty handprints on the walls/doors, and the oven had some burned on food in it. The path to the ramp to the rear of the house could also be cleared up a bit but was great access to bring your bikes up to access the beach. TVs were really hard to work if that matters to you but it may have been an internet outage. We would 100% return but wanted to leave helpful feedback.

It really is the perfect spot near Center Street and the pier! We sincerely apologize that the cleanliness was not up to our usual high standards for your stay. Finding hair in the bedding, dirty handprints, and a dirty oven is absolutely not acceptable to us. We have already addressed this directly with our cleaning team to ensure these details are never missed again. We're also sending our maintenance crew to trim back the path to the rear ramp and double-check the TV connections. We truly appreciate your grace and your promise to return; we can’t wait to welcome you back for a flawless 5-star experience next time!

Great house for 3 -4 couples. We loved the large screened in porch. Walking distance to everything

Family Vacation at Folly

The location of the home is perfect...walk to town, beach, and local restaurants. The home is well equipped and quite comfortable.
