SituĂ©e dans le quartier calme et rĂ©sidentiel de Rim Village, la maison se trouve Ă  six miles au sud-est de Moab. Combattez la chaleur dans le fleuve Colorado ou rĂ©servez une sortie en rafting. Les cavaliers confirmĂ©s et dĂ©butants peuvent rĂ©server une excursion Ă  cheval sur mesure avec le ranch Hauer, qui est un excellent moyen de profiter du magnifique paysage dĂ©sertique. Apportez une camĂ©ra pour capturer la beautĂ© des arches caractĂ©ristiques du parc, comme l'Ă©norme arche dĂ©licate et l'arc plus mince du paysage. Les couloirs anti-incendie doivent rester ouverts en tout temps pour les vĂ©hicules d'urgence. Les voitures en infraction seront remorquĂ©es aux frais de leurs propriĂ©taires. Tout dommage Ă  l'amĂ©nagement paysager causĂ© par des remorques garĂ©es dans des zones interdites sera facturĂ© Ă  la partie incriminĂ©e. Amazing Moab Stay!!

T2 provided the perfect Moab getaway! It is situated just outside of downtown Moab, which allows for privacy and quiet in the evenings. Great space for cooking homemade dinners and a beautiful porch to drink your morning coffee! We loved playing dice and board games after a long day of hiking. Cannot wait to stay again soon!

Nice property with great views and easy location.

The property was a great size with a good layout. It was well appointed and the kitchen was VERY well equipped. Everything was comfortable and they even labeled some of the switches, etc. to make figuring things out easy. The views were as good as the pictures imply. The location was convenient to the "sights" of the area. I would definitely stay here again. The only issue we had was with Vacasa communications prior to arrival. I sent an email and it was almost 2 weeks later before I got a reply. That said... the communications just prior to arrival, codes, instructions, etc. were good and complete.

Hope to return

Perfect vacation rental for two families. Our kids ranged from age 8-13. Clean, tastefully/simply decorated, and well appointed kitchen. Easy 10 min drive to grocery store, shops and restaurants in Moab. We never found the pool code. Emailed to find out checkout instructions and never heard back. Would be helpful to have oil code and checkout instructions in info binder. Overall we loved it. Thank you!

Great property

Overall we loved this rental- great location just outside of town, close to the community pool, plenty of space for our group. There were plenty of towels, extra blankets and pillows, some travel toiletries- we did run out of trash bags and paper towels and had to purchase more, no big deal. The two main bedrooms had comfortable beds- our biggest complaint is that the mattresses on the bunk beds are pretty awful and the bunkbed frame is very wobbly. The family staying in that room did not sleep well. Patio chair cushions are tattered and need replaced, though they served their purpose and we sat outside in the evenings (the patio does get some evening shade). Overall we were very happy with the property and would stay here again.

Good house and bad facility

The broken door lock bothered us so much that we couldn't get back to the house smoothly every day. It always takes a lot of time to communicate with the service staff before changing the password to open the door. The spare detergent provided was too little to adequately wash dishes and tableware.

Be prepared for very high fees

We stayed in beautiful Moab for a week in early June. We chose this property for its proximity to Arches NP, and because it has a pool. The property was fine, very typical for vacation rentals we’ve stayed at (we use vacation rentals several times a year). If you’re looking for a place with many TVs, you’ll be happy here, there’s one in every bedroom plus one in the living room. There’s a grill, a washer and dryer, etc. However, this property is managed by a third-party property management company, and so the fees were MUCH higher than what we have paid in the past. The fees came to 78% of the actual room cost (so the fees nearly doubled our total cost). I’ve never seen that in any vacation rental before. Other than the really high fees, this was a nice place.

Mostly good except access at beginning

We received via email a 10 digit access code for the rental. We arrived late in the day and were anxious to get into the rental. The access code did not work. After 15 minutes of attempts, we called Vacasa and the person told us to keep trying the code as it was correct. We said we tried it many times without success. He had us try a code for the lockbox near the entry. It did not work. He said he would create a ticket and get back to us. He did not call back and after another 15 minutes and called Vacasa again. A different person answered and we repeated the same procedure without success. She created a ticket and called us back within a reasonable wait. We pleaded to have someone come out to open the door. She agreed and a local person came out 15 minutes later. He tried the 10 code without success. Then he looked up a four digit code that worked and we finally were able to access the unit. He also gave us a four digit code to access the key to the lock. No trouble with access after that. The unit was in good shape. The furniture in the living room could use an upgrade. Beds were very comfortable.

We had a fantastic trip in Moab and the condo had everything we needed to enjoy our time down there. It was clean, well stocked in the kitchen, and in a great location. Would definitely recommend staying here and we will definitely stay here again.

Moab in the Fall

We had a great stay in Moab. Location was an easy drive to many interesting places to explore. Very nice place to stay. Three couples and we had plenty of space.

Great location in Rim village

We’ve stayed in several units in Rim village and this location is the best. Far enough away from the highway so noise isn’t a factor and situated with great views of the LaSal mtns and the Moab rim. Minor drawbacks: no garage code (had to open from inside) no Kleenex, no coffee.

Fantastic property that had everything you need

Everything about this house was terrific. It was conveniently located just a few miles out of town and had everything we needed (like spices, extra blankets and towels, etc). The pool was very conveniently located close to this house. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Views and More Views

What an awesome location. Mountains everywhere. It was great to have the pool on a warm Saturday afternoon. Hose was wel equipped and beds comfortable. Only downside was no dogs so we had to leave our pooch home.
