BRAND NEW right in the heart of downtown Moab! Located one block off Main Street on Center Street. Bring the whole family, the family next door, the aunts and uncles... or just enjoy it all to yourself. Guys or Girls trip... you each get your own bed. Bring all your toys and safely store them in the oversize garage. Store your trailers at the back of the property. LOTS OF PARKING. The kitchen will satisfy the most particular gourmet cook. The temperpedic memory foam mattresses will allow a great nights sleep. Lots of room for everyone to stretch out. Enjoy grilling on the BBQ on the back patio. Enjoy the quiet and peaceful location.

Walk to all the restaurants, shops and bars. Only a 7 minute drive to Arches National Park. Walk to Swanny Park where a lot of Moab's events are held. The Colorado River is 5 minutes away.

Neighborhood is a little run down but property is like new. Secure parking in garage is a plus. Very convenient to restaurants and downtown shops.

Fantastic location

We loved staying here and it was perfect for exploring the surrounding parks. The condo is also super well located for walking to restaurants and downtown!

Everything was great. The unit was clean, well kept, stocked with necessary items, convenient to town and restaurants. Parking, including the garage was great. Street to the property is in bad need of repair.

Love this property!! Very spacious and just one block off the main highway in the middle of all the shops and restaurants. Communication with manager was very fast and pleasant. It was extremely well cleaned upon our arrival. Love that it has a garage for our Jeep to park in. I will definitely be back. Thanks so much for sharing this beautiful gem!!

Very nice place. Had everything we needed and is within walking distance of downtown. It is located next to a bar and while we didn’t have any issues with noise, I was originally worried. But, it all turned out great.

Had a great time. Was in town to visit Arches. This property is very new, clean and great location. It is located on the edge of downtown and walking distance to restaurants and shopping as noted in the property details.

Great location

Have stayed other places in Moab but nothing compares. This location is super clean, fully furnished with everything you would need. Easy check in and check out. We have stayed here before and came back. Walking distance to downtown just a great place to stay.

Great Place to stay in Moab!

This was a very nice,very clean house with a short walk to downtown. Plenty of space to park your car and your "toy".Great communication from the owner, definitely coming back!

Great home base for Moab adventures!

The property was beautiful and clean with several lovely touches. We would absolutely return. It's also close to shops and restaurants, and the owner was very easy to communicate with.

My husband and I have been coming to Moab for over 30 years and moved here 5 years ago after taking our youngest daughter to college. We really enjoyed staying at nightly rentals on our visits and decided we would like to offer a unique option of being right downtown plus having a place to store your jeeps, bikes, and dirt bikes. We love what Moab has to offer and we play in the dirt every chance we get.
