Bienvenue dans notre belle et récemment meublée location de vacances de 4 chambres et 2 salles de bain située à Royal Ranch, Surprise

Cette maison lumineuse d'un étage, peut accueillir confortablement 8 personnes, avec un lit king-size dans les lits principaux et queen dans les 3 autres chambres. La cour arriÚre privée dispose d'un spa et d'une piscine chauffés, d'un barbecue et d'un coin repas couvert parfait pour une réunion de famille ou un groupe d'amis. Pour vos petits, il y a une aire de jeux à cÎté de la maison.

Il y a quelque chose pour tout le monde dans la maison ou Ă  une courte distance en voiture. Pour les amateurs d'entraĂźnement de printemps, le stade Surprise, qui abrite les Royals de Kansas City et les Texas Rangers, est Ă  moins d'un mile. Un court trajet en voiture (20 min) vous amĂšnera Ă  Camelback Ranch, domicile des Dodgers de Los Angeles et des Chicago White Sox.

Passez une journée au zoo, à l'aquarium et au parc safari de la faune mondiale (qui abrite plus de 6000 animaux) ou découvrez les sentiers de randonnée du parc White Mountain Mountain. Pour les golfeurs, les opportunités sont infinies, y compris les parcours de championnat difficiles. Highly recommend-wonderful family spring break

This property is clean, in a quiet neighborhood with space to move around. The heated pool/spa were a plus as the weather is on the cool side for AZ. Communication with the manager was quick and A+. We loved the area so much we are thinking of booking the property next year!

A Wonderful Winter in Surprise

This is a delightful home! It is clean and comfortable. It is well furnished. The outdoor area with the pool and hot tub made our stay particularly enjoyable. The landlords are kind and gracious and went out of their way to make our stay the very best in the 12 years we have been wintering in Surprise. We highly recommend this home.

Wonderful VRBO home!

We loved the pool and hottub! Golfed most days, or pool side. Hottub every night was awesome. Comfortable beds, and nice having a large washer and dryer. Outside grill was used a lot! Plenty of room for our additional guests. Henry was very quick with answering any questions that we had. 5* for him! Hopefully we'll get back here next year!

large, comfy, and easy - Baseball family perfect

Stayed here for a week in July for summer baseball at the Royals/Rangers fields - splitting this stay with another family. We had 8 people and it never felt crowded. Kitchen, dining area, and den all connected and open. Den with couches and TV was super nice. Kitchen was on the better side compared to many other places I've stayed. Outdoor grill was used a few times and pool as well. Location was perfect - near baseball fields, Fast food, Frys supermarket and Costco just 5 minutes away. Booking, communication, check-in etc all great. Owner was responsive when we asked about pool lights and evening timing. I would not hesitate to book here again

Wonderfull Stay

Just moved out of this Surprise VRBO home after a month long stay. The home was well equipped and spacious to entertain guests. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to navigate on daily walks. Grocery stores within 2-3 blocks and a straight shot to Costco from the property. Also fairly close to many golf courses. Landis was very responsive to our questions as we had a few pool issues but within a day of each issue they were resolved. Would stay here again for sure.

Lovely house.

Like someone else said, the photos don't do the house justice. Four large bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom is very large, with a large bathroom, large tub, large shower, and large walk-in closet. The back patio and pool area are great. There is a large dining table inside, and a large metal "pickic table" outside on the patio. Part of the back patio is shaded, which is nice during a hot day or when raining. I would definitely stay again.

We were there for my son’s baseball tournament. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The house has plenty of shared space. We had everything we needed. It was a lovely place to come home to after a hot day on the field!

Beautiful home

This home is even more beautiful than the pictures. We enjoyed our stay, the house was well equipped and located in a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool and were able to visit many of Arizona's attractions due to the location. We hope to return in the near future.

Lovely home and quiet neighborhood!

It was a wonderful place to reunite with my two siblings after the pandemic "time out!" This home is nicely appointed but, to be honest, we spent the majority of our time outside on the poolside covered porch. It was a perfect location for rest, relaxation, reconnecting and raucous (!) sibling laughter. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood but easy access to a grocery store and more. I would rebook a stay here but now have my own home in the Phoenix area.

Beautiful and Inviting

This property is exactly as described but so much more. The pictures don’t do it justice. The pool with the hot tub-perfect! The park literally next door-perfect! Everything you think you would need was already supplied in the house! And Chris was more than helpful. He was very quick and very responsive with any questions or concerns that I had. My family loved staying in this home. We will definitely be back soon!!!

Great location

The private pool was the major reason we rented this property, and the owners generously agreed to heat it at no extra cost. We enjoyed the pool daily. We found the location to be perfect for us, close to Rangers/Royals, Luke AFB, grocery stores and many restaurants, as well as a very safe area for walking long distances.
