Vail Condo in the Heart of Lionshead - Close to lifts!

While the condo isn’t ski-in/ski-out, it’s located near the Simba Run bus stop and offers easy access to Lionshead and Vail Village via the free bus or a short drive. That said, your note is helpful, and we’ll be updating our listing to make the transportation options and distance even clearer for future guests. I completely understand your frustration, and I want to clarify that this was a platform issue with VRBO, as I mentioned in our text conversations. I also shared the screenshot showing the hot tub listing error on my end, and I assure you this has been a miscommunication on their end. All of my guests since 2017 have used the local spa passes as a substitute, and I sincerely apologize on VRBO's behalf for the confusion. VRBO acknowledged the error in canceling your reservation, and they refunded me for your stay and even apologized profusely for the inconvenience it caused me. I understand how frustrating this all must have been, but I encourage us to remain kind in these situations. I truly hope you were able to find some relaxation in Vail despite the setbacks with VRBO.
