Louis and Marie are great hosts, always answered our queries promptly and efficiently. Lovely property, well equipped, extra blanket, toilet rolls, complementary toiletries, extremely comfortable 6 foot king size bed, oodles of storage, very spacious suite, huge shower and jacuzzi bath… highly recommended.

Vegas Anniversary

My wife and I stayed 4 days for our anniversary and it was a nice homey place. Very quite and clean and comfy. Only thing was maybe it needed a little more lighting overall. It was easy to get a hold of Louis and Marie if we needed anything and they checked on us as well. Great stay and would recommend to family and friends.

Perfect location

The signature property attached to the MGM was a perfect location. The property has a completely separate entrance that was super easy to access and valet parking was extremely convenient. The pictures and description of this property were exactly as described which was very much appreciated. Very easy one block walk to the strip and all the restaurants and hotels. Communication with the owner was perfect. She checked on me before, after and during the stay to make sure everything met my satisfaction. Room is super clean, very nice view toward the strip, and massive bathroom. Definitely would stay here again!

Signature ----Tower 3

This was my third year staying at the MGM Signature for the World Series of Poker. It works well for me as you can take the monorail from the MGM to the Paris/Horseshoe. The check in process was not good as it was a hassle to get my bags delivered to the room. Minor in the while scheme of things. I stayed almost 3 weeks. The cafe in the Tower 2 is handy and good. The Food Court in the MGM is also handy. There is a Starbucks and convenience store in Tower One that was very handy. The host was very attentive. Needed extra hangars and got them in 20 minutes or less. All in all a good experience.

Not too bad

Hosts were great. Did smell of weed but is expected nowadays and wasn't a big deal to us. During our stay, no access to grand pool-would have liked to do it woth our kids but the signature pools worked out. Good location to top golf which our kid liked. Not having the daily housekeeping wasn't that big a deal to us, toiletries provided. Starbucks, lounge and tower 3 gym closed (tower 1 open though). The pools gets sun at around 12-1pm. Make sure you bring a trash bag as we did to offset not having daily housekeeping. Overall still great. Did notice a plastic bag over the smoke detector and called that in. Again, hosts were great.

This place was PERFECT! I highly recommend it and would love to return! Reasonable walking distance from the strip, very clean and exactly as described. Well stocked kitchen was a plus.

Comfortable and clean

We had a great stay here. Our room was on floor 3 which we really liked so we didn’t have to wait forever for an elevator. Room was clean and had a good view. Staff was extremely nice. It was super convenient to have access from our tower to the MGM Grand, especially with the 115 degree weather. Definitely will come back on our next visit to Vegas.

Just like description

I had a great time at Marie’s condo. There was a strange smell like nail polish or cleaning product but everything was clean, plenty of space. Close to elevators but still quite. This is a little ways off the strip so make sure you don’t mind walking. A great find for the price.

Great place for a Vegas getaway.

My husband and I rented this property for a few days of fun in Vegas. It was clean and spacious. The MGM pools were crazy booked and not many people could get in, due to Covid restrictions, but we found that the pools at each of the towers were great! They still had poolside food and drink service and cabanas that you could rent. It was a short walk to the strip and other casinos. Will stay here again!

GREAT LOCATION, CLEAN, EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION WITH HOSTS

My kids and I LOVED this place!! Very spacious and clean. Location puts you in the heart of the strip. Absolutely loved having the kitchenette.. comes in handy with kids that are always hungry!! The hosts were amazing.. easy to reach and quick in response. Will definitely go back!!
