The place is beautiful, clean and very accessible to the quaint town of Canandaigua and the lake. Close enough for skiing at Bristol Mt in the winter. Kim was amazing to work with and very supportive of our needs. There are stairs at the entrance. I really liked the comfortable living room setting, the conversation friendly kitchen and the comfortable beds. Thanks for making our stay memorable.

We had a great stay in Canandaigua this weekend !! This air b and b was very close to the spa, shops, coffee shops, restaurants and bars. This air b and b has a lot of space and we all fit comfortably. The host would answer any texts I had very quickly. I would recommend this air b and b if you have a group of friends or family who want to get together for a week/weekend!

Very charming old firehall with a lot of character. Loved the big open floor plan. Everything was perfectly smooth with check in and check out. Great communication from our host, Kim.

The place was very dirty, cobwebs and dead flies everywhere, it gives you the impression that should retouch everything before using it, the entrance and the stairs haven’t been swept in months, tried to use washer since is provided, but was broken and there was no signs explaining to to please don’t use, there was no internet at arrival, had to be turn back on, and then we reviewed an extra fee for “cleaning “ when we wiped kitchen, did the dishes, collected all towels and linens and put them in bathroom to make it easier for them, garbage was allCollected and placed in bin by kitchen……. too bad that was the experience because the location of the place is great …..

Great trip

We were in for a wedding and this property was right downtown so we had access to both the wedding area, downtown and lake withing five to ten minute drives. The property was as advertised, very comfortable and well laid out. One very minor issue that the owners handled immediately and we would definitely use again next time in town

Unique apartment

We stayed here for the weeekend. Its close to downtown. There were 2 nice bedrooms that are private. The other 2 bedrooms are in the open loft area. Would be perfect for a large family. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Space for Bridal Party Gathering

Kim's property was perfect for my bridal party getting together to discuss wedding plans and to celebrate my birthday! The place is very spacious and allows everyone to have their own space and not be on top of each other. The location in town is great and within walk distance to multiple restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!!

Unique stay

Stayed at this VRBO for a friends overnight. We were doing a cooking class nearby. Old Firehall was a unique stay. Plenty of clean beds and large room to hang out, enjoy a few glasses of wine and have lots of laughs. Walking distance to all the unique shops and restaurants. Would defiantly recommend.

Overall we had a great experience. The beds were comfortable and the location is great. We were in town for a wedding at The Lake House and it was a very easy commute. We felt the home was a bit dirty and there was still some leftover trash from the previous guests. The water pressure in the larger bathroom was really low as well which was a bit challenging but thankfully there was an another bathroom.

Loved it!

What a creative gem this place is! Really enjoyed the space which had been remodeled/redesigned. Bed and bedding was comfy. Bathrooms were really nice. Great location, can walk or drive to many places. Pictures don't do it justice. Such a great place! Will definitely be returning.

Girls night

With 5 of my friends we were taking a cooking class at NYK and didn’t want to drive at drinking wine so we rented this very cool place. Plenty of room to relax in a very unique space
