Villa Agave est une belle 2450 pieds carrés, très grande chambre 2, 2 salles de bain sur le parcours de golf Troon. Des vues incroyables - juste sur le fairway. 2 chambres principales offrent des lits King, téléviseurs à écran plat, salles de bains attenantes et chacune ont leur propre balcon privé. Un espace bureau séparé sépare les 2 suites parentales au 2ème niveau. Le 1er niveau offre un garage privé attenant pour 2 voitures, une buanderie et une salle d'eau. Cela conduit à une grande salle ÉNORME avec une cuisine de chef proposant des appareils en granit et en acier inoxydable, une très longue barre de petit déjeuner pour déguster un cocktail et une grande table à manger. De nombreux sièges confortables entourent le centre de divertissement personnalisé pour votre détente. Tout cela s'ouvre avec 2 grandes portes coulissantes sur le grand patio avec vue sur le parcours de golf de Troon North, les montagnes et les lumières de la ville.

When an issue came up with the air-conditioning the management company responded quickly and the air-conditioning was fixed within two days. Troon North

This property was listed as premier and was not. The first 30 days of the stay was spent dealing with issues regarding basic requirements. For instance the following items were listed as features and did not work: pin ball machine, gas grill and stove. In addition there was no hot water in one of the master bathroom sinks, refrigerator water system was leaking, terrible noise and rattling with the water purifier, front door would not unlock, no blankets provided and not enough towels/wash cloths to accommodate the amount of guests that the condo was said to house. We spent 4 weeks without a working stove. We paid premium dollars for what was not a premium property. Very misleading and disappointing. We not recommend since this owner does not understand or provide the basic requirements. I’ve requested a refund but have been told the owner doesn’t feel it’s necessary. Became quite obvious VRBO does not support the renters only the owner.

We appreciate all reviews and our opportunity to respond. We have marketed and managed this property for more than 6 years now through different owners and VRBO listings. I would say this is a top property in a beautiful neighborhood with stunning views. This guest has stayed with us in years past, but this time she could not be satisfied. We are a reputable, local vacation rental management company and strive to make all guests happy. We spent countless hours and money to satisfy the guest. We repaired, replaced and purchased everything she asked for. The property went above and beyond in spending his money on items not normally included in a rental to make her happy. Some items mentioned were just user error and we personally showed the guest to ensure they knew how to work it. We are local and right down the street so if anything is ever needed we are just a phone call away. A refund was not considered from the property owner to the guest in this case as every issue was resolved in a timely manner and more was spent on requested items to appease. I hope this review is taken with a grain of salt; as we have had many happy guests over the years; and 1000's with our company. Sincerely, Latitude 8 Vacation Rentals

Comfortable Home in a Convenient Location

This is a well-maintained spacious two story townhome on a cul-de-sac in a non-gated portion of the Troon North Golf Club. The location is convenient to many trailheads and the amenities of the Pinnacle Peak area. There is a restaurant at the golf club and in the nearby Four Seasons Hotel and other locations nearby if you tire of using the the well-equipped kitchen. The property manager quickly responded to our inquiries. Outside there was some road noise from nearby Dynamite Blvd but it was mostly absent inside. The neighbors were friendly but quiet and it was an enjoyable stay.

Wonderful change in scenery during an unusual time

The property was true to its description and pictures. Wonderful layout with plenty of room for two working adults to be productive with our remote jobs. We loved all the hiking trails in close proximity to this property. Enjoyed plenty of golf all throughout the Scottsdale area. Also, we loved our happy hours on the upstairs and downstairs patios while watching the beautiful AZ sunsets. Wes was a very gracious property manager and attentive to our handful of needs we had in our first week of arrival. Would recommend this property to our friends or family looking for a Scottsdale getaway.

Property was very nice. Maybe could have been made more aware of two levels. Stairs could be a bit of a problem for seniors, The only negative was the roofmate neighbors and their loud bass speaker on TV/Stereo that was very loud some nights till all hours. Thankfully they seemed to be out of town a lot during the week. Overall very pleased. Nice views from the upstairs especially.
