This is a very clean condo with nice furnishings. An excellent location just a short drive to Toomers Corner.

Nice, quiet stay

The condo was clean and nicely presented when we arrived. The owner was great and communicated often beforehand. It was a hreat stay for 2 days and near downtown auburn, which was extremely convenient

Comfortable stay

Came to Auburn for first time, visiting family here. House was spacious enough to enjoy a few meals together and play some board games. Big kitchen, bedrooms were comfortable. Loved all the Auburn memorabilia!

Great spot for families visiting Auburn

We booked Paul’s place for graduation weekend. Paul was very accommodating as our dates changed after the original booking and he made it seamless. Space was great for our five adults. Walkable to downtown and easy parking. Will recommend to others!

Auburn gymnastics camp weekend

We stayed at Paul’s place for our daughters to attend Auburn gymnastics camp. The location was perfect and close to campus. The beds were comfy and the bunk room was perfect for our three kiddos to have enough space. We loved all the fun Auburn special touches throughout the condo. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Had plenty of towels and washcloths, and 2 extra blankets available for beds. Kitchen has dimmer switch for light. Host very responsive, even the PM before Christmas. Frig & microwave very clean. Suggestions for future stays: may want to bring a couple nightlights for the bathrooms, and a hanger or 2 to air dry delicate laundry items.

Auburn swim classic weekend

Perfect Place ! We definitely give this unit and owner a five plus star rating ! Everything was just as advertised. Felt like we were home :). Was close to everything we needed as we were here for a 3 day weekend swim meet at AU. We are walkers so many of the things we wanted to see and do were in walking distance . The owner Paul is super... easy to communicate with and was so helpful in giving us some great suggestions for dinning and things to see and do....the Hound was an excellent suggestion for dinning. We will definitely be back as our swimmer competes each year in the SE Auburn Classic Meet.

It started out awful but turned arond

After a long day of flying and driving, we arrived to realize we had been given the incorrect address by the automated email. So, luckily a neighbor knew which condo we were looking for. Upon entering, it was clear that the condo had not been cleaned. Dead bugs, sheets on the floor, no towels, hair everywhere, etc. It took about an hour to get in touch with the owner but once we did, he acted quickly. I will tell you that VRBO was ZERO help in this situation. Within two hours, the condo was cleaned. There is a small bug problem. And it is a LOOONNNGGG walk to Toomer's Corner. It would be worth it if you were going for Game Day. Otherwise, Uber and Lyft are your friends.

Great Stay in Auburn

The condo is nice and spacious and very close to the campus. The beds are super comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised.

Suited our needs well!

Place had all things we needed, and the beds were plentiful and comfy!! check-in was a bit iffy due to timeline as initial code did not work and had to wait for reply for 2nd code. Paul let us stay a little longer while one of the kids became ill and the other child had to complete a swim meet. 2nd floor tenants a little loud foot and did hear a train at night. Could use some refreshing updates but we would stay again! :) Great proximity to Auburn as we were there for a swim meet.

EXACTLY what we were looking for!

Nice place

This was a great spot. Walkable to downtown Auburn, but still quiet. It was mostly clean but definitely some things could have been swept a bit better and it was a bit musty that first day.

Needed a few things

Nice place. Lacking a few things: tv was so complicated we couldn’t get it to work and the WiFi never did work. No toaster and no coffee filters. The beds were comfortable.
