Auburn Al Game Day Condo <1 block to Toomer's Corner WAR EAGLE!

2 bedroom/ 2 bath spacious condo perfect for Auburn University Game Days, commencement, basketball!! baseball!! gymnastics!! move-in/move-out, sorority and fraternity weekends, or just to see your kid for the weekend, less than a block to Toomer's Corner, and campus, 10-15 min walk to Jordan-Hare Stadium. Fully equipped kitchen ready for cooking, very comfy couches, living space, and bedrooms.... three tvs. But you are right around the corner from a couple dozen restaurants in collegetown, and Target and downtown Auburn Publix within walking distance. Comes with one parking space/pass during football season, but we can provide two passes most other times. We are experienced VRBO hosts, having rented beach houses on 30A/Grayton/Seagrove/ St George Island Beaches in Florida for over 25 years, so we know how to host the right way. (Feel free to ask about them!) Make your reservations now, and watch carefully, we are about ready to post for Camp War Eagle (summer) and Fall (Football!) 2026!

This place is in a fantastic location. Super close to downtown (2 minute walk), but also easy to get to different parts of campus. The condo itself is great. Two nice-sized bedrooms and baths. And Gail was terrific. Extremely attentive and communicative. I highly recommend this condo.

Great location for quick access to campus and Toomer's, quiet neighbors (which was great for our newborn), and a great Host who quickly helped when there was a minor issue with getting in when we arrived. Overall, it was a great stay, and I look forward to returning in the future!

I love everything that is Auburn. Although a comparatively short-timer compared to so many others, I have grown to love Auburn and the University since my son was accepted in the fall of 2018. He's graduated now, Professional Flight, School of Aviation, 2023. I recently retired and moved to Auburn, part time, from Tennessee. We have been renting beach houses on 30A, Grayton Beach and St George Island in Florida for over 25 years, so we understand how to treat guests and hope you will consider staying at our newest guest property.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

As they say with real estate, location, location, location. You simply can't beat this. You "may" be able to see toilet paper rolls being thrown at Toomer's. Seriously, you are about a 2 minute walk from Toomer's Corner and everything that is collegetown and Auburn University! The condo comes with one parking pass for one space in the complex lot (which is heavily guarded on game days; a second pass may be available on non-football weekends). Completely re-furbished November 2021 and spring 2022. Baths renovated January 2025. You will have a fully equipped kitchen if you don't care to eat out, and washer/dryer. All linens, towels, three flat screen smart tvs, and wireless internet, and HULU + Live are provided. Two master bedrooms each with en suite baths, one king sized bed and one queen sized bed. Queen room has dedicated work space if you need to work. Everything you would want for a perfect game day or weekend in the Loveliest Village on the Plains. War Eagle!!

You are right in the middle of all the action on game day weekends, park and you can walk to everything. Extremely clean, re-furbished completely (and constantly), all the comforts of home, and extremely experienced hosts make this the perfect place to stay when you are visiting Auburn!
