Short drive to Surfside Beach

I loved the set up for the property! Awesome location so no crazy traffic and easy drive to the surfside beach, This part of the beach is clean and not overly crowded.

Nice 4 bedroom condo

Great location on quiet street. Condo was well appointed and perfect for our four golfers. Each bedroom was an ensuite and very comfortable. If possible, get a second-floor unit as Neighbours can be quite noisy. Would stay again....great communication by host.

Beautiful condo

Second stay at a very nice condo. Love the layout and decor! Super convenient. Could use new plates as some are chipped. Bigger issue - dryer is really loud and slow to dry. Good news is that when there is a problem, the staff quickly attends to your needs which is great.

Everything we needed

There were two adult couples and four children, and everyone had their own space. It was just what we needed. The common areas were well appointed and gave us enough space to eat together and play games. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and quite comfortable. The dishes, utensils, etc. were a great help. The only drawback was the screen-in back porch, which allowed rainwater to sit on the floor and wet the furniture. But that was too minor to be a bother. We are looking forward to coming back again.

Great customer service

Our vacation started in a different condo booked through AirB&B and I Trip. There were unfortunate circumstances that led us to moving to a different condo. Through the whole process we met with Neet the service manager and she was stellar!! She went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed ourselves the rest of the week and we really appreciated it! The condo we were moved to was beautiful clean and very quiet. We were disappointed there wasn’t a pool but honestly it was so hot and we spent a lot of time looking for a new home we probably wouldn’t have had time to use it anyway. I would definitely book with I trip again their hospitality was outstanding!

Thanksgiving stay

The tv remote in the living room is not functioning properly even with different batteries. The remote in the bedroom off the family room on the left does not power on and off the tv. The water heater needs to be adjusted to a lower temperature. It is scalding hot. The water/ice filter in the fridge says it needs to be changed. Our overall experience has been very good. These fixes and changes will make it better for the next people.. a guide book with local restaurants and things close by would be a nice add on. The home is comfortable and met our needs.

I didnt stay at thr property listed, it was another proerty that they manage It is on Oystercatcher. That place was horrible. The smell upon entry was bad, but once you turned kn the air, it changed a bit. It was FILTHY. The a/c vents hadnt been cle aed in years. The fridge was left filthy and still had a few things left inside. The floors werent swept. We slept in our cars until we were able to book somewhere else last minute. We asked for our money back. I would not recommend the Oystercatcher place until they get someone in there ro REALLY DEEP CLEAN IT.

Old Course A

The property is spacious and nice for our family. The en-suites are perfect. Please note… 2 of the 4 bedrooms do not offer closets, only a chest of drawers or dresser. All beds are queen and mattresses are very firm. The screened in porch is wonderful to keep mosquitos out. There was an unwanted guest outdside the screen door - copperhead - but we chose not to use that door at all after it was spotted heading to the bushes. The management company quickly responded when I requested more kitchen and hand towels. The dryer sounds like it’s screaming for about a minute when started but subsides and dries items effectively. Being able to bring a pet was great. Overall this is a nice option and the price was affordable.

Everything was nice I enjoyed it I think in the near future they could use a pool out at the unit and also the early entry is not good because when I got to the place to my house someone else was in there because of the early entry code it really was an inconvenience because we had already took all our stuff out and packed when the people wanted their house back which it wasn't our fault they went to the wrong house so think about that how they went to the wrong address I don't know but that wasn't cool

Great place to stay for a golf trip or other

4 nice bedrooms and bathrooms - very clean place. Updated and beautiful kitchen and sitting areas. Everything about the stay was easy....owner and property manager were very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to anyone.

The property was perfect. Well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were nice. The back patio is beautiful and gets the sun from noon until sunset. There are plenty of areas to walk along sidewalks. The dryer needs to be replaced. It worked ok but makes a lot of noise. Other than that we were very happy

Great Get-Away

The unit was clean when we arrived. We were able to do an early check in. The host Mandy was very pleasant! I did bring my own pots and pans, but the kitchen was stocked. I loved that the patio was screened in NO BUGS lol. The other added bonus was that each bedroom has it's own bathroom! The location was great but not on beachfront. However, Myrtle Beach is just a 15 minute drive! Overall I enjoyed the Condo!

Family vacation

Overall nice clean close driving distance to all the beaches in the area. I would like to have more trash bags and some dish clothes and pot holders .That's the only thing that was wrong this a very nice place. I would stay again.

Our Complaints and Concerns.

The property was Beautiful however it had a few flaws!! There wasn’t enough dishes,pots,pans,glasses and cups. The very minimum of supplies which includes toiletries,towels,dishwasher soap and trash bags was left there to use for 7 people for a week stay. There were no trash cans or dumpster near us it was across the lot which is what we used assuming we were supposed to since we weren’t informed where to dispose of the trash.One of the toilets was extremely hard to flush.We had no Air Conditioning for 2 days and it’s totally insane that we did without Air because it was the weekend when it quit working and was unable to contact anyone until Monday because we certainly couldn’t dial 911 for assistance with that problem. The first few days was Great but when the people above us came we could hear them and they we’re very loud on Wednesday night and up late which prevented us from getting the proper amount of sleep for our departure and long drive home.I understand that they were on Vacation also but as a courtesy to your neighbors there should be an hour at some point that should be considered quiet time.The mattresses were very Hard and Uncomfortable.

Hey Ned - thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We are sorry to hear about the issues that you encountered during your trip, but SO wish that you had contacted us, while you were there, to help you remedy these. In every checkin packet we have a sheet that details which number to call if you have any issues (day or night). Had you called about the air conditioner we would have absolutely had someone out RIGHT AWAY to take care of this for you. We had that you waited that long to call as our office is staffed 7 days a week during the busy peak season and we have an after hours number to call for emergencies such as this. As far as the toiletries are concerned - it is stated in your check-in email that starter amounts of certain amenities are included: bar hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry pods, toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom), paper towels (1 roll), and trash bags (2 per trash can). We also state to please notify our maintenance team (contact info will be in the Welcome Note on the fridge) immediately if you arrive and find any of these items missing. As with any rental house, these amenities are not provided for the entire time, as would be at a hotel. We have checked the toilets at this property and all seem to be functioning as intended. We also hate that the party above you was noisy for part of your stay - we are friends with the person that owns that unit and would have been more than happy to contact him about asking his tenants to keep it down - had we known. We hope you will come back next year and give us another try, as we always strive to make every persons vacation as wonderful as it can be!!!

Awesome Beach House

My family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! Loved that every bedroom had a queen sized bed and attached bathroom. The only downsides were that the beds were pretty firm and there were no bathtubs (which may be difficult if you have small children.) Close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Great space for families

The space was suitable for a family. All four bedroom had ample space as well as individual bathrooms and the kitchen and living room were also spacious. There were no complaints from us and we would stay there again in the future. Only factor for us was that we do didn’t realize we were a short drive away from the beach as we were looking to be closer.

Spring Break/St Pat's Day

The unit was WONDERFUL to spend time with my son and his friends on their Spring Break. Having 4 Master Suites, large Kitchen/Living Room Combo and the screen porch to a wonderful yard made it SO much fun! We will be back!!

Comfortable and classy

Clean, updated, rooms each have their own bathrooms/tv's and are located as far away as possible from each other (four corners of the apartment), with the social areas centered in the apartment. Away from the crowded attractions, but easy and quick enough to get back to them if you decide to.
