It was a great place to spend family ski weekend. The location is wonderful very close to Loon mountain and river walk is next to it as well!! Apartment was clean and had almost everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely return! Thank you!

Great spot!

This is a very clean unit that needed some more lighting. It was very quiet except for the river sounds which were lovely. Close to Loon and town with a great walking trail.

Great cozy and clean home

We had a fantastic stay at this home. It was bigger than the pictures displayed. The master bedroom with bathroom is on one side of the unit, then you have the living room and kitchen, then on other side of common space was the second bedroom and bathroom. It also has a nice separate entry room for shoes/boots and coats. It was very quiet space and very safe. And the mountain is right there. The kitchen supplied the basics that you need to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would definitely rent this space again.

Location, Location, and the river!

Very much enjoyed the cleanliness and location. Ate and read along the river and listened to it during the night. Quiet neighbors. It's on the third floor and an end unit, so only had one neighbor. Love the communication through VRBO with owner. We loved walking on a nice, wooded path to the event at Loon. Having no concern for parking, etc. was a God-send. I can't award five stars until the bed is replaced, and I would add more lighting in the living room. The fireplace was a beautiful benefit, as was the small outdoor porch. Thank you.

Spacious and beautiful

The unit was remarkably clean and spacious. Check in was easy and the view from the deck and bedroom were amazing and soothing. The downside however was the shuttle service to loon wasn’t available during our stay and no one we asked could give us a straight answer which was a little frustrating. I do wish we had extra blankets and towels available to us but what was presented was sufficient for the length of our stay. So I would say just make sure you bring extras when visiting. Beds were soft so if your in need of a nice form bed after a long day of activities BEWARE.

October hiking vacation

This condo met all our expectations. It had all the amenities needed, was very clean and more spacious than we expected. The balcony overlooking the river was great! It's also in a perfect location to Lincoln restaraunts and shops.

Great stay on the river!

The condo was much larger than we anticipated and right on the river with access around the back of the building. The building the unit is in is right next to the pool and tennis courts which was amazing since it was 95 degrees out. The kids could easily splash in the river which they loved. The unit was very comfortable and homey. It’s within a 3-5 min drive of the town center where there is tons to do. We had a great stay filled with both outdoor nature activities as well as amusement and water parks. I’d definitely return!

Great place - except the beds

The property was immaculately clean and incredibly close to Loon. It's very quiet and the river view is serene. Communication was great. Some information in the listing was out of date (check-in location) but was luckily resolved over the phone before we got there. There were a couple of other hiccups but those were also resolved. The main issue was the beds, especially in the master bedroom. It was quite old, soft, and indented (not flat) from years of use. Unfortunately I was unable to sleep on it. If the beds were updated, I would definitely return.

Great weekend

Property great. Clean. Close to mountain. Easy to use. Only issue was key pick up place closes at 6 pm. If Coming up Friday night post work/school, can be a bit of a hassle getting keys. Otherwise great experience.

Everything about this condo is wonderful : very clean, spacious, beautiful view, ski shuttle stop right at the door . Highly recommended for family of 4 . We will definitely rent this beautiful condo next year .

Excellent Ski Spot!

Everything was wonderful from the easy check-in to the accommodating flexible check-out. Only wish the shuttle to loon came more than every 30-45 minutes...otherwise we will definitely return!

We bought the unit before it was built, the area is beautiful and sit along the Pemigewasset River. Siting on the deck on our high deck chairs helps to really enjoy the river. The unit is furnished with love.
