Bienvenue au Lodge at Ridgepoint! Ce condo rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© et dĂ©corĂ© de 1650 pieds carrĂ©s a la famille et les amis qui aiment skier Ă  Deer Valley et Park City Ă  l'esprit! Beaucoup d'espace pour 1-2 familles Ă  partager! Entrez dans le Lodge pour trouver trois chambres Ă  coucher, deux salles de bain complĂštes, laveuse / sĂ©cheuse, placards pour les skis (Ă  l'intĂ©rieur et Ă  l'extĂ©rieur) et une terrasse privĂ©e avec bain Ă  remous pour 6-8 personnes. À l'Ă©tage, vous trouverez une immense cuisine ouverte avec 4 tabourets de bar, une grande table de salle Ă  manger pouvant accueillir 8 personnes, une salle familiale confortable et dĂ©corĂ©e avec goĂ»t avec foyer au gaz, et une deuxiĂšme terrasse privĂ©e avec une vue imprenable sur Park City / Deer Valley. Le loft (3e niveau) donnant sur la salle familiale, est le lieu de rencontre idĂ©al pour les prĂ©adolescents ou les adolescents pour regarder la tĂ©lĂ©vision, jouer Ă  des jeux, ainsi qu'un espace de couchage supplĂ©mentaire avec un canapĂ©-lit queen.

Ridgepoint at Deer Valley Condominiums sont situés dans Silver Lake Village et à 3, 5 miles de l'historique Main Street à Park City. Bus de ville gratuit disponible pendant la saison de ski. La communauté offre une piste de ski à proximité avec un accÚs facile aux pistes de Deer Valley Resort, ainsi qu'un bain à remous commun toute l'année, un parking souterrain commun, une piscine extérieure et un court de tennis pendant les mois d'été.

Ridgepoint est situé à plus de 8 000 pieds. Le ski sur la piste d'accÚs mÚne aux pistes de ski Last Chance puis Success. Vous vous retrouverez au Snow Park Lodge. Pour rentrer chez vous, prenez la chaise Home Stake ou Carpenter Express, puis empruntez le sentier SilverLink jusqu'au sentier d'accÚs. Ensuite, marchez un demi-pùté de maisons sur Royal Street East jusqu'à Sterling Drive jusqu'à notre sentier d'accÚs privé.

Silver Lake Village comprend certains des meilleurs restaurants de Park City, y compris Stein Eriksen's, Cafe Mariposa, Royal Street Cafe (mojitos aux bleuets), Cena et Goldener Hirsch. Silver Lake Village abrite Ă©galement des services de shopping et de ski. Le service client de Deer Valley est exceptionnel!

Just fantastic. While snow was light, everything else made up for it. The home is so cozy and completely decorated for the holidays which was a total surprise and just lovely. Lisa was more than accommodating and so responsive on a very minor issue (needed a wine opener and she had one to us in minutes). Location is everything. While ski out was not possible, walking to silver lake was so easy. Deer Valley/Park City is a special place and Ridgepoint is an ideal location to experience it all, snow or not !

absolutely perfect summer escape

Lisa's place is perfect. Our family of five (myself and my husband and three children ages 5, 7, 9) had a wonderful late July week at Lisa's place. The home is lovely: great views and spacious. The front door screen was an especially pleasant addition as the mountain breezes come through the home and keep everything feeling crisp and cool even on a day when it is hot down in Park City. We loved the location--our children talked us into taking them to their "favorite restaurant in the whole world" twice (Champions Club at the Stein Erickson which my children love because it has free arcade games)--and we enjoyed that it was an easy short walk over there from the condo. Lisa is super responsive--I did not meet her but she checked in with me via text even offering advice and suggestions. She has outfitted the condo with everything--spices, pool noodles, pool towels, even shampoos, really everything was wonderful. My husband and I put the kids to bed every night and had a glass of wine on the porch and talked about how we someday make the leap to have our own place as nice as Lisa's up here.

Amazing place with great attention to details

I can’t say enough about our experience. Lisa the host was amazing. The place was amazing and shows even better in person. One of the things I loved was that it was stocked with all the essentials even in the bathrooms. I really appreciate that we didn’t have to go buy random things. You had everything you needed to clean or shower. The access to the slopes was super easy. Pop your skis on right outside and you were on the slopes in 5 mins. Same to get home super easy. Catch a lift in Deer Valley and back home in 5 mins. Lisa was very responsive with all our questions and was great with communication. I would recommend this place 100 over 100 and we will definitely rebook.

Beautiful house in Deer Valley

wonderful home located convenient to Silver Lake Lodge / lifts. Owner was extremely helpful and available to respond to any questions. Fully loaded kitchen as well as other amenities. Well cared for home. Lots of room to spread out and relax after a great day on the slopes.

Terrific location and place to stay.

I have visited Park City at least once a year for 20 years. This was a summer trip. No question the best place to stay in the summer is Silver Lake Village area. Easily 5-10 degrees cooler than in town or by the Canyons. This unit has a wonderful view of the mountains, is well decorated, and has it’s own hot tub. The owner was extremely easy to deal with and very responsive. I stayed in a similar unit a couple of years ago in Feb. Just steps away from a ski run. I hope to return.

Skier's Paradise

We had Ikon passes to use at other areas, but why leave Deer Valley?!? Condo is conveniently located, no ski out access this year due to lack of snow, but easy 10 min walk to Silver Lake, Sterling Express chair for quick mid-mountain access and to avoid standing in line at base area lifts. Short walk also to Stein's Lodge! Condo is well appointed, everything you need ... we had Hello Fresh delivered to a friend in SLC, bought a few things in PC and made dinner every night. Early evening cocktail hours on sunny deck with beautiful views ... a real skiers paradise ... we very much enjoyed our stay!

Family ski trip

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Lisa was easy to communicate with and helpful when our flight was delayed. The property is clean, comfortable and stylish. We loved having our on private spa on the porch. It was nice and hot every afternoon and perfect for relaxing after skiing. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Experience!

It was our first time in Park City, and it was truly magical. The condo was very comfortable and the views were truly spectacular. Our kids loved having their own “loft” where they could watch their own TV rather than the news that blazed our screen. The mountains were close enough that we could be skiing just minutes after waking up. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. If we’re ever back in Park City we will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful very clean townhome with a great location and mountain views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this townhome. It was very comfortable for our family of four. The property is very clean, has beautiful views, good sized rooms, well stocked kitchen and easy to use private hot tub. Convenient location. Very close to Restaurants and shops in Silver Lake and a short drive to Main Street. The owner Lisa was a pleasure to work with and super attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommend this property.

Lisa was a great host Problem was no AC, pool was closed and it was very warm. Lisa, after I asked made up for it with a discount so we could pay to go to community pool. Do not bring children under two or three Stairs were a nightmare . Gates did not work couldn’t be attached to stairs

Great host and place

I came with my husband and daughter . The place was decorated wonderfully and even had a Christmas tree for us , which we loved ! Lisa was an incredible host and was very easy and fast to respond on all questions . The bed was super comfortable !! Ski out was easy , ski in we had to walk alittle but not bad. Loved the jacuzzi and the place felt like home .

Locally owned and operated! We love Utah! Our family of 4 skied Deer Valley for years and decided to purchase a vacation home for us to enjoy as well as travelers like us! Upon realizing how much we truly loved the mountains year round, we permanently moved our family to Park City in 2018. There is nothing better than raising a family where skiing, mountain biking, hiking and life outdoors is plentiful!

In addition to our personally owned Ridgepoint home, we manage 5 other Ridgepoint units for our neighbors as well as additional nightly rentals throughout Park City. We are happy to help guests plan for multi unit rentals and refer to additional Ridgepoint units if needed. We have many great neighbors and love to help guests find the right property to suit their needs!

With Mountain Town Stays, you'll get 24/7 local access to the same team of people dedicated to your vacation in Deer Valley/Park City. Don't be surprised if you run into us on property. We spend the majority of our Winter making sure our guests are taken care of so they can enjoy their stay! Even our kids (teenagers now) can be found shoveling decks!
