Great location. Lots of very nice decorations. Kitchen well equipped. Weber BBQ worked great. No major TV stations but good other options. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others

Cozy home

Home was very cozy, clean, and had everything you need to have a comfortable stay. There's a nice, small backyard perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make a nice meal. Would recommend!

The house was clean and very comfortably furnished. I told the host I was sensitive to fragrances and they were very accommodating to wash the linens and towels in fragrance-free detergent and even provide unscented soap. The kitchen had everything needed to cook including nice stainless steel pans, spices, good kitchen knives and a blender for smoothies. The beds were super comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and the view of the mountains spectacular. Communication with the host was great and they were very responsive to my messages. It was only a 5-minute drive to downtown Livingston so the location was perfect for us. I highly recommend this rental.

very nice accommodation

We usually stay in a smaller VRBO because it’s usually just the two of us but this trip we had 3 extra people. This house is very accommodating for a large family. Furnished nicely and exceptionally clean.

Beautiful well appointed home! Great location too! Everything you would need is there at the house and thoughtfully placed. Artistic, modern and full of unique art. The best location, next to parks for walking and minutes ..as in 2 minutes to downtown or grocery or road to the mountains! Must book if you’re lucky!

Positive experience

Wife, cousin, friend and I stayed at Kate and Rein’s home and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. Their house was very clean, organized, and decorated to make you feel right at home.

Location is convenient to downtown and quiet. House is new and clean but has a bit too much decor on shelves and walls which makes it feel cluttered. No AC and when the house fan runs it is loud. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is stocked with all the essentials.

The property was very nicely furnished. The only thing lacking was access to live TV broadcast. No Direct TV, No Dish TV, No cable TV. No access to Hulu, YouTube, or other live broadcast options unless the guest is a subscriber to one of these options (which I am not) and uses their own login to the service.

This is a nice property laid out very well, especially if you have multiple couples in your group as we did. However, I would most likely not stay here again, as we found the owners rules much more restrictive than most rentals I have stayed in. Examples include, hand washing coffee mugs, cleaning the stove immediately upon use, removing shoes upon entry, concerns of using specific towels for bathing. We were mostly over the age of 60, so not partiers, and understood the owners concerns about opening up their home, but rules like this lessen the overall comfort of renters. One person in our party commented that they would feel more comfortable in a hotel. Overall, this is a nice property in a good location to downtown.

The homeowner would like to address your concerns:- We aim to keep the carpets in the bedrooms clean and in good condition for every guest, which is why we ask that shoes be removed indoors, especially considering the outdoor activities many guests enjoy in the area.- Only a few hand-thrown pottery mugs need to be hand-washed, while several other coffee cups provided are dishwasher safe.- We use colored towels for outdoor or cleaning purposes to help preserve the condition of the nice white towels. Our home has multiple rave 5-star reviews due to the appreciation of all the amenities we offer. Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your stay.

As described in the listing. It's personalized to the owner's taste, but it is easy to feel comfortable. It feels like being a guest in a home, rather than a basic rental. We would stay here again.

Stunning & Quiet

This was our first VRBO in Livingston MT. Would we go back?ABSOLUTELY!! This home is in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, grocery store and gas. Also very easy to access highway 87 to Chico Hot Springs and Yellowstone National Park. We fell in love with all the art and character this home has along with the modern conveniences at your fingertips.
