Notre condo cool et moderne est stratégiquement situé au complexe de condos Florence à McKinley Hill avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains avec balcon. Le Florence apporte une vie européenne moderne à Manille avec son design contemporain, ses jardins luxuriants et ses équipements haut de gamme. Notre condo est à environ 15-20 minutes de l'aéroport NAIA. Le Venice Grand Canal Mall est à seulement 2-3 minutes à pied et 5-7 minutes en voiture de BGC. Des restaurants, des bars et le supermarché Robinson sont également à une courte distance de marche.

En tant que première communauté fermée de McKinley Hill, le Florence accorde une grande importance à la confidentialité, ce qui en fait la retraite ultime. outstanding location (BGC) close to restaurants and grocery shopping. Great security. Wheelchair available at request. Washer was a plus. Only thing was that there was no free parking, only for a fee (quite spendy).Excellent communications with host (Clinton) via VRBO messaging. Definitely recommend facility.

The place was clean, host was accommodating and the area is safe. It’s close to a grocery store and there are plenty of restaurants. Kitchen was well equipped. My suggestions are to have laminated instructions for all the electronic equipment (tv, a/c, washer) and have washcloths available. Providing toothpaste was great but would prefer the travel size for sanitary reasons. It would be nice if the hallway a/c was turned on when you get off the elevator. Couch was not comfortable.

It was alright. It was clean but there was a smell coming from the restroom drainage. Living room couch was very uncomfortable, kitchen was great. It was suitable for our family. We enjoyed going to the nearest grocery store and massage spa across and a walk to the Venice Canal Mall.
