Great communication from host, checked right in after a day of hiking. Beautiful home, super clean and roomy. Easily accommodated our party of 8 adults. This was a perfect location. Really close to Cranmore Mt. and all the Conway hiking/biking areas. Would love to book this place again in the winter. Thank you!

Excellent North Conway getaway. We are a multi-generational family of 10, and this property met all of our family's needs. Cozy, comfortable, full kitchen, entertainment, and location. Property contact was a little rough around the edges but was responsive and accommodating. Thank you for a great Thanksgiving holiday.

Fun Trip, Great House

My extended family and I. Have been making an annual trip to North Conway for several years now and this is the first house we have stayed in twice. The house was in a great location (2 minutes from Cranmore, 5 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from Storyland and close to many other attractions we enjoyed) and the house had more than enough room for 6 adults and 4 kids. It was clean, comfortable, and I would Definitely stay here again.

Spacious for 10

There is way more space than what you think. There were 4 kids, 3 of which stayed in the multi bed room and had a blast. Heads up that is the only bedroom on that floor but the access point is from the main area. The closets are huge. Quiet area. Nice sunroom to hang out in. Would stay again!

Great family size condo in the heart of North Conway

Two families with teens fit perfect with room to spare. Many laughs shared in the game room area over darts, shooting pool and playing wii. The fully screened in porch off the master bedroom was perfect for relaxing with a morning cup of coffee as well as a bug free evening of playing cards. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and the open floor plan allowed everyone to still be together while preparing meals. We will definitely be renting again in the near future. Highly recommend this property for all of your White Mountain adventures!!!

Boys Biking Trip

We booked this property because of its location and ability to fit our group. Wow were we surprised by the size of the house and the location to the biking trails Homerun! Marc was a pleasure to deal with from day 1. We were so excited to get up to North Conway to enjoy the riding we reached out for early entry to the home and were granted access so our weekend started with a great ride. We would 100% rent again. Thanks Marc for use of your home

Nice rental - plenty of space

This is a great rental, plenty of space and quite well stocked compared to other rentals we have used. The only issue we had was the musty odor in the lower level. We may have been the first renters since the close of ski season and the dehumidifier in the basement was full and not running because it was full. I emptied the water from the dehumidifier several times, but the odor remained thru our stay. I did use the spray that was in the half bath, but the odor would return after a period of time. I would recommend this rental, especially if you have a large group because it is spacious, well stocked and close to both Cranmore Mountain and the center of town.

Nice Property but Overpriced, Won’t Return

This was one of the priciest homes in the area but we chose it anyway based on the professional management but probably should have passed. I had emailed the company with a question prior to final payment and it took them more than a month to respond! The house itself was clean and well appointed. We were really disappointed that there were no darts to use with the dartboard and no instructions on how to use the tv or the gas fireplace. Noticed there was mold in the washing machine and it smelled, we didn’t need to use it so that didn’t really effect us. My biggest frustration is that we had no idea what to do with the trash. The info from Evolve clearly said we had to bring it to the neighborhood dumpster. We drove all around looking for one and found nothing. I called the emergency contact/property owner to find out where to put the trash. He didn’t answer the call and didn’t call back for an hour so guess who had to drive three hours with smelly trash in the backseat? Owner tried to tell me he had sent instructions but when shown proof he hadn’t, he admitted he must have forgotten. All in all this was a lovely home but it was seriously overpriced. There are many more beautiful homes reasonably priced with responsive management and ownership.

"Kristy, we’re sorry your stay fell short of expectations. - I'm sorry that you had problems reaching us I send all our guests a separate email with additional details more than what is provided by Evolve. I was away for the weekend when I saw that you called and got your message when I called you back the call kept dropping. - We work with Evolves pricing algorithm, we feel the price is fair and worth it. It is actually one of the lower-priced homes in our area. - The darts were removed and put away because we don't want any children to get injured and also no further damage to the walls. I'm sorry this was not available it will be removed. - The TV is normal, we were having issues with cords being removed and we decided to solve it by taping and leaving notes so that guests will not connect their own devices and leave them alone. - We do not have mold in the washer, it's in great condition. This is the first time we have had any complaints regarding the cleanliness of the home. - The gas fireplace has a switch on the wall, we will add instructions in the listing on how to turn it on and troubleshoot any problems. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests."

A great spot for multiple families

We were very impressed with this property and all it had to offer. We had three families stay together (each with small children) and found the bedrooms and the house itself to be very spacious and homey. The location is fantastic and within 10-15 minutes of several major attractions. Everything in the house was in great condition and very clean. We found the host to be very responsive and friendly as well. This was a great find and we will definitely stay again in the future.
