Very happy with the accommodation, comfortable, clean and a convenient location. Great security with lockable garage and gated property. 2 suggested improvements, a smart tv would be good and one very small bag of rubbish removal only included in cleaning fee.

Great stay and great value. Very clean and tidy house, had everything needed and close to town. Nice and warm in the lounge with the woodburner going. Its a squeeze to get 2 large vehicles in and close the gate.

Lovely house, tidy, nice for summer with the open flow. Reasonably noisy with traffic passing by. Good easy driving distance to town and the lake.

Great location

Overall great little bach and close to town The only let down is the house is very cold even with the fire going doesnt heat up the whole house and the car parking is tiny we couldnt even fit our nissan ute in the driveway so hang out onto the foot path. Apart from these 2 things everything else was awesome has everything you need.

Bit of a rough area the house was run down last year stayed in a much better property for less

Very good location in Taupo

My family and I had an excellent stay in this property. We were traveling with our 3 kids from 13yd to 2yd. The main town is at 15min walk or 3min by car from the house, so the neighborhood is very calm all day. The children can go to the playground at 2min walk from the house. We have sun all day, sunrise every in the kitchen and sunset every night by the deck.

Trans-Tasman golf

One issue with the gate, I'm short & couldn't open or close it, thankfully my house mates were able to manage. Although one afternoon we almost hit a cyclist who was on the footpath. Good location and easy access to the town centre .Close to the golf course where Aust won the Women's & Men's trophies.

Good little holiday house

This holiday house is a little older, but the beds were all really warm and comfortable. To get into the property we had to jump the fence as we couldn't undo the gate lock, which we think was just a bit stiff from the cold. The heating was a fireplace, which is fine if you know how to start a fire, but there was no paper so we bought some fire-starters and a paper to get the fire starter, no heat pump. The kitchen was a little tired and could do with a revamp. A pair of metal tongs would be good. There is no dishwasher. The house is located a few km's from the main drag, but only takes a minute or two in the car. There is a couple of board games at the house, but a few more would have been great. Without sounding too picky, a clock on the wall and a bigger TV would be good. Overall we had a good time.
