This centrally located property is just 5 minutes from Taupo town center and a 3-minute drive from the 2 Mile Bay Sailing Centre. It`s the ideal spot to unwind by the water with a refreshing drink and a delicious wood-fired pizza. If you enjoy walking or biking, the Lions Walk is just moments away.

The home offers three bedrooms: Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom includes two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and vanity, with a separate toilet for added convenience.

Please note: This property is strictly not suitable for parties, events, or loud groups.

Guest have access to the whole property, including the garage and out-house with separate toilet, you will also find the outdoor chairs to place and enjoy the BBQ and outdoor dining.
Please note : from parking or the garage it is up some stairs to access the single level home.

We like to give our guests their privacy but Kerry is available by phone or text to answer any questions and we are only ever 10-15 minutes drive away if needed in an emergency.

Rotorua is only one hours drive and Hawkes Bay within 1.5 hours drive for a day of sightseeing and for the active traveler the Ski field and Tongariro crossing is an 1.5 hours drive. The Glowworm Caves are also 2 hours drive and Hobbiton 1.5 hours making Taupo the heart of the North Island and the perfect place to stay and explore from.
