Cette belle maison de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 11 personnes. Il y a un lit king dans la grande suite parentale, un lit queen dans la deuxiÚme chambre, une chambre spacieuse au niveau supérieur avec 1 lit double et 3 lits jumeaux. La 4Úme chambre bonus au niveau inférieur a un lit king supplémentaire.

Le lodge a été récemment mis à jour et entiÚrement meublé pour une expérience confortable et chaleureuse. Réchauffez-vous prÚs de l'immense cheminée en pierre du salon ou partagez des histoires sur les aventures de la journée tout en préparant les repas dans la cuisine bien équipée. N'oubliez pas de regarder les étoiles tout en vous relaxant dans le bain à remous. Avec des livres, des jeux, le cùble, 3 télévisions et le wifi, il y en a pour tous les goûts.

Nice spot to relax

Cozy place to stay and sightsee out of. Hot tub was great. Ignitor on the grill was inoperable but lighters were available in the kitchen. Overall, good provision of dishes and cookware.

The kids stayed upstairs, one adult got the middle bedroom, and the other adult stayed downstairs; each floor has its own bathroom. The location is not far from downtown Breckenridge, which we loved. It was just far enough outside of town to be quiet and serene yet still convenient to anything we needed. If/when we return to Breckenridge, we will most likely stay in this same place.

Cozy cabin

Good location with a nice view. Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get into town easily. Check-in process was easy. Plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. Enjoyed the hot tub, and appreciated that there were snow shoes on-site that we could use.

Cook Family Lodge

We had a good stay. We liked the location of the property. Kitchen utensils such as measuring cups and measuring spoons need to be replaced as there were only a few in the house. A mixer would also be nice as we fixed all our meals at the house. The property was clean. It suited our needs well.

Great location and very nice home

This home was perfect for two families of five with six young kids (4-9 Years old). Four bedrooms with two king beds on separate levels was great. The futon in the fifth bonus room was great too. The location is five minutes from Brek and is close to several awesome hikes! The only issue we had was when a neighbor asked us to get out of the river since we trespassed to access. We look forward to coming again. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Enjoyed the stay

The property was nice, clean and had a good view. Easy walking trail very close was great and could hear blue river the entire hike. The hot tub was used every night by someone in our group of 7 and really enjoyed having that. I didn’t measure beds but I think there are two king and one of them if a queen. My only complaint is that the garage smelled terrible due to the trash can. I sprayed it with febreeze and that helped and property manager said they would get this taken care of. Overall great stay away from town but a quick drive when you want to go into town.

Reviewer Comments: Our recent stay at the Cook Family Lodge was memorable for all the right reasons.The location was great and centralized for our planned activities; one hour to Leadville for fly fishing, an hour to Buena Vista for whitewater rafting, only 40 minutes to Mayflower Gulch for hiking and less than 10 minutes to Hoosier Pass, Quandary Peak and Wheeler Lakes trailheads for hiking and anywhere in Breckenridge for shopping and dining or just strolling along the Blue River.The house had plenty of room, bedrooms, beds and baths for our group of seven and could easily have accommodated a few more. There were plenty of towels, soap and shampoo. The cold water was refreshingly cold and the hot very hot. The WiFi worked great and the hot tub was heated and ready for us.Our host checked in online with us just after we arrived. We informed him that there were only 3 teaspoons in the silverware drawer and that one of the living room shades was broken. He was very responsive and said he’d contact the management company and have that taken care of.We would stay there again.

Very comfortable home and great location

Perfect house for our family of 5 adults +2 year old. House was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the fireplace, hot tub and relaxing living area. We were able to go sledding down the drive and road out front (note that there are 3 sleds and 2 snow shoes in the garage which were an added bonus). Only downside was the garage is small so we had a tough time getting a suburban in the garage which was necessary as we had snow every day. In addition, the kitchen supplies need to be upgraded. Overall we loved our stay at the house and in Breckenridge.

Amazing stay!

The views from this cabin were spectacular and it was conveniently located 15 minutes from downtown Brekenridge. 10/10 I would recommen.
