Wonderful family getaway

A summertime escape for 4 adults and 3 children. This house was well appointed, conveniently located and perfectly laid out for our family. Plenty to do in the area, or just relax on the porch.

Great area, great house, wonderful stay

The home was well taken care of, well equipped, and laid out perfectly for 4 adults and 3 kids. A summertime visit for us. Easy walking around the house, plenty of things to do in the area, and family game nights made it a great vacation for my family.

Well-appointed and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. We found it especially helpful to have a roomy garage, private hot tub, and an extra living room downstairs, which was great for traveling with teenagers. Highly recommended.

Great space for our family

Great spot close to a bus stop. Enjoyed the Hot Tub and and skiing while we were in Winter Park.

This was a beautiful property! It had everything we possibly needed. The management company was quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect President's Day Getaway in Winter Park!

We had the Best stay at this 3 bedroom condo in Winter Park over President's Day weekend! It was perfect for three girlfriends and two teenagers to spread out, but still cozy enough to gather together for meals. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked for everything we needed. The kitchen made it easy to cook meals in, and the living room was comfortable for relaxing at night. And the hot tub was absolutely the highlight! There's nothing better than soaking after skiing all day. The location to the bus stop was fantastic! Highly Recommend!

Love it!

We will absolutely be back! The condo is realy nice and spacious. Fully equipped kitchen and everything else we needed. Beds are very comfortable and loved the Hot tub! Within walking distance to restaurant, shops and hiking!

Beautiful. Quiet. Nicely Furnished. Close to town and activities. Everything we needed for a get-away trip. We felt welcome here. The scripture on the wall invited us in - very encouraging! We would stay here again for sure! Blessings to the owners!

House was in a great location to the resort for skiing. Roads were constantly plowed. The house had a good layout for our 2 families. I would recommend adding an additional hair dryer.

Great place. Lots of room. Nicely appointed.

We had 3 couples and 2 small children. Everyone had their own space with plenty of room. Everything needed was provided. Great common space with kitchen, living and dining areas such that all were engaged in conversations regardless if watching TV, playing, cooking or eating. Also large common area downstairs with a video game console that the boys absolutely enjoyed. Will definitely look at staying here again.

Great condo

Our only complaint was the construction directly off of the balcony. No view off the balcony other than construction of a new building. The condo was clean, and had plenty of entertainment options and games. Lots of options for kids.

Good Layout, Rocky Start

Nice property w great layout. Problems w entry and dirt 800 number called just wanted us to give them permits market stuff to us and had no good number to help us to get in. Property manager has so much detail in communication (promoting other services) makes it difficult to quickly find what is really needed. Once in (woman that helped us on the phone was great) all was good.

39 lookout point

We stayed for our sons's spring break week. The house was just as pictured. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the pots/pans were is great shape. The fireplace, BBQ grill, and garage were all added perks for sure! We loved the location and the neighbors we met were all really nice. The house is set up to accommodate a walker, wheelchair, ADA accessibility so if you were to need this amenity you would feel right at home here. The only thing that was not ideal was the entryway is v. cramped. Maybe that was just our experience though since we have 3 preteen/teenage boys plus my husband and I. When you walk in there is a bench and a pantry directly in between the two doors. Its really hard to enter the house and remove boots/shoes to protect the floors. I wish there were a little breathing room on entry. This is not a complaint but just an FYI for renters to know about and plan for with kids.

Joni, we are so happy you enjoyed and hope you can make it back soon! We do want to call out this property is NOT ADA compliant, but it does work well for a wheelchair. The entry is exactly as pictured, and there is even a 3D virtual tour you can use to walk through the property prior to booking. There is room for a few people to enter at once and take shoes off, and this can be accomplished rather easily. Cheers!

Wonderful trip!

We absolutely loved our stay! With four kids and a dog, the layout location could not have been better. I had coffee on the deck each morning with beautiful views. The house was modern, well-stocked, and incredibly clean. The distance from downtown is perfect! Removed from the hustle, but close enough to walk. We did not want to leave!

Wonderful mountain retreat

We stayed here with extended family in July 2022. Legacy Retreat was the perfect place to share with family. We loved that within minutes of walking out the front door we were hiking on trails and surrounded by trees and wild flowers. The home has everything you might need for a home away from home; we spent time playing games, relaxing in the hot tub and eating outside in the deck at sunset. We spent some time in Winter Park and loved that everything was a short 10 min drive away. I would highly recommend Legacy Retreat for anyone looking for a luxurious mountain getaway!

Wonderful location!

Beautiful setting! Loved viewing wildlife from the back deck. Extremely clean and well-apppointed. We felt completely at home at this beautiful townhouse. Walking distance to restaurants and breweries along with hiking trails.

Great Summer Getaway

Wonderful place to stay in beautiful Winter Park. Close to many beautiful hikes and outdoor activities but also perfect if you just enjoy the quiet, beauty of the nearby community. The chalet is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the deck, hot tub, and close proximity to beautiful hiking. The chalet is roomy and ready for your next adventure with friends and family.
