Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. There is parking for 2 vehicles at the property (1 in garage 1 in driveway). STR license #023350

The perfect vacation base for exploring the area.

We couldn't say enough positive things about this rental. It was exceptionally clean, everything is virtually brand new, the location is great and the surrounding construction really wasn't an issue. So many amazing things to do within a short drive and fantastic hikes. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat.

This property is exceptional but if renting NOTE this end of the community is under extensive construction and although the property faces a pond there is extensive construction fencing and building construction within view. If more than 3 vehicle parking is very difficult. Aside from that the property is amazing and we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Stay and Location

We had a wonderful time at this property! The location is unbeatable—being centrally located right between the town center and the mountain made our daily outings incredibly easy and convenient. What We Loved: The Amenities: The home itself is beautiful and well-appointed. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of skiing and loved cozying up by the fireplace in the evenings. Fully Equipped: It truly has everything you need for a comfortable, "home away from home" experience. Things to Note: Noise & Privacy: Because of its central location, there is some road noise that can be annoying if you are sensitive to sound. Additionally, the proximity to neighboring houses felt a bit intrusive at times, so it's not the most secluded spot. Overall, if you're looking for a stylish home close to all the action, this is a great choice!
