A stylish & spacious, newly renovated flat with balcony in the heart of the historic city center. A great choice for friends and families looking for a comfortable and authentic stay in Thessaloniki. The flat offers 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with dining area plus modern bathroom with washer and tumble dryer! Wifi, cable TV, central heating, and all kind of essentials provided.

Our newly renovated (90m2) home can comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons in 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. Specifically, there is one master double bedroom with aircondition and access to the balcony and one more bedroom with extra large single bed and window.

The flat offers one modern bathroom with shower cabin plus washing machine & tumble dryer.

All kinds of essentials, towels, and toiletries are provided for your stay.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with modern electrical appliances to help you prepare any meal of the day!

There is an open space for the kitchen, dining and living room area with one large corner sofa (that can be turned into an extra bed), coffee table, and flat cable TV.

The flat features wooden floors. Finally, there is access to a lovely balcony where you can find a table and chairs to enjoy your drinks before heading off the explore the city!

This is a bright, spacious, brand-new home for a hassle-free stay in Thessaloniki!

Our flat is located in the heart of Thessaloniki. In a few minutes of walking distance, you can wander around the most famous historical sights such as the Rotonda and Galerius Arch, Aristotelous square, the White Tower or most of the city’s museums.

The streets of Tsimiski and Egnatia offer a buzzing shopping area ranging from popular high street brands to upmarket boutiques.

A large selection of cafes, bakeries, restaurants, bars and all kinds of shops and services plus public transport and taxis are literally at your doorstep.

You mustn’t miss a long stroll along Nea Paralia, the pedestrian beachfront walk and popular with locals and tourists who wish to enjoy the sea breeze anytime and day of the year!

Fantastic location, great value

It would be hard to find somewhere as convenient, with top restaurants and trendy coffee shops close by at this price. The check in and contact with the team was top class. They were excellent. Always on hand if needed. The only thing to note is that the small room only has a window on to another room and not outside. Other than that I would highly recommend it. We really enjoyed Greeces second city. Will return !

It was good. Parking was difficult. We arrived at night and couldn’t really find anything in the dark. Another unfortunate part of our stay was that the cafe across the street turned into a loud party on our first night….but I was told by the property manager that this was probably just a one time event since it was Christmas Eve (and they were right). Property manager responded quickly, even though it was Christmas Eve.The apartment was really nice and clean. There is some mold in the bathroom shower….but that was the only area of concern. Everything else was great.

Overall, pretty good

Spacious, good location, and air conditioning was good. The floors were dirty, so I had to get some swiffers and clean. Washer/dryer and other appliances were excellent. No toaster in kitchen. Good shower, quiet apartment. Elevator. Again, overall, about a 4 on scale of 1-5. Beds were fine, nothing great, everything was as expected for the price, but it should have been clean!

Eine wunderbare Auszeit

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser sehr gepflegten, zentralen und schönen Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und bietet ausreichend Platz. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten und Matratzen sind hochwertig und sehr bequem. Wir danken herzlich für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt.
