We very much enjoyed our stay. Great location, close to the strip but just far enough away for some quiet time to rest and recharge. Very comfortable.

Great Place.

Great place, we will stay here again, it was clean and had everything we needed. It has easy access to the MGM and all amenities. Allow yourself extra time during peak periods if you have a car as it is all valet parking.

My husband and I had a great vacation, the property was nice and close to everything along the strip. It was an easy walk through MGM Grand to get to the monorail.

Simply Amazing

Property is well kept, convenient to access the strip, and has a beautiful balcony view. Very much enjoyed the accommodations. Owners were courteous in managing our reservation as this was gifted to family members to stay. Top of the list for future stays.

Great Room, Great Locations

This is a great property, and the host maintains an excellent unit. They were very communicative before and during the stay and provided more than sufficient information. I will likely stay here again. The locations is great for someone looking for all around convenience whether its monorail accessibility or walking to the strip.

Enjoyed our stay. Convenient to have small kitchen set-up with stove microwave, small coffee maker and fridge. Owners were always available when I messaged them. Clean, comfortable and easy access to the MGM, Monorail and surrounding areas. Will definitely stay again.

Great studio room, all you need for a weekend to a week stay. My only complaint was the fridge was small if you might be staying more than a couple days. Great experience at the Signature.

Luxury and clean

We really enjoyed our stay here, it felt like a luxury condo. It was so nice being in a non-smoking hotel, yet it was so close to everything. We were able to catch a ride share easily or just walk.

It's like an apartment almost but so close to everything. It's quiet and away from all the crazy of Vegas, but so close that when you want to be downtown you are there in 5 minutes. Perfect! The owners are amazing!

Great Spot for a Night in Vegas!

We only had one night in Vegas during our trip and this was a great spot to be. Slightly off the strip so it was quiet, but still had a great view from the balcony! We Ubered up to the northern end of the strip and slowly made our way south throughout the night. Highly recommend for a spot to stay in Vegas!
