Great property. Unique history. Easy access to Cortez. Loved the 4-season room with the overhead door. Spent mornings and evenings in that room with the overhead door open.

This is my Wife and I's second stay at the pinto bean warehouse and we can't say enough good things about it. It is so clean! The place is well built, well equipped, and has an incredible view of fields with Sleeping Ute Mountain in the background. It is very well located for visits to so many places in the four corners. Lots of good places to eat in nearby Cortez (or Bubba's just down the road). All you need to cook for yourself if you just want to hang out. Hope to get to stay again sometime.

Beautiful and unique house! The views are amazing. Second time staying here and we will definitely be back. The house is spacious and perfect for multiple families. Our favorite place to stay when in Cortez.

The Warehouse is the ultimate VRBO! My husband and I stayed with our four children ages (5 months to 9 years), my parents and my aunt. Even with all of us, there was more than enough space! Four spacious bedrooms (one with its own children’s area), two living spaces, full indoor kitchen and outdoor kitchen with another dining table, huge laundry room, four bathrooms and lots of room to roam! It was immaculate when we arrived and had everything we needed. We will be back!

This was a fabulous and lovely home with a great configuration, views of sunrise and sunset, and access to nearby nature and history. It is a peaceful, rural location with plenty of space for our multi-generational family. We all would stay there again!

This is the best, most well-appointed short term rental I have stayed in. It could not have been cleaner or nicer. It has everything anyone could need. I simply cannot say enough about it. Thank you for letting our group of 5 stay here on our way to camp and and fish outside of Ridgway and Ouray. Everyone agreed this retired pinto bean warehouse was perfect. The rooms were big and beautiful and we especially enjoyed the indoor/outdoor kitchen area.

We loved the uniqueness of this beautiful property! It was spacious and beautiful decorated inside. It had everything we needed for our large group. Kids loved exploring Mesa Verde and we had a great time.

All 9 of us had a fantastic time. The house is very unique and so beautiful. The view is spectacular. We couldn’t have found a better place. We would definitely recommend to anyone with a larger group visiting the area.

Loved it

The house was great. Plenty of places to sleep, bathrooms were clean and nicely stocked. The kitchen was great, well stocked. It was too bad the weather was cold (yay, snow in April!) because we would have loved to use the indoor/outdoor area and the volleyball court. 15 minutes drive into Cortez, great location. We'll stay again if in the area.
