Grizzly Rose Guest Cottage est situé sur 35 acres à la propriété connue sous le nom de Ravensnest. Grizzly Rose Guest Cottage se compose de deux chambres, deux salles de bains, une salle à manger pleine cuisine et une véranda enveloppante. Chaque chambre comprend un lit queen-size, un petit coin salon avec télévision / satellite plat. Il ya un parking privé et de nombreux patios et vérandas pour les sièges extérieurs.

Il y a de la randonnée et de la marche sur la propriété ainsi que des terrains BLM adjacents. Nous sommes situés à l'arrière de Mesa Verde dans la vallée face à la montagne Ute Mountain Ute. Ils sont deux roues médicinales sur la propriété ainsi qu'un Tipi pour votre propre retraite spirituelle. La propriété se compose de nombreux étangs et étangs koi.

Ravensnest et le Grizzly Rose Guest Cottage sont un lieu de détente, d'expansion et de paix.

We had a comfortable stay at Grizzly Roadhouse! Our cottage was stocked with everything we needed! I wish we could have stayed a little longer so that we could enjoy all the outdoor seating areas and little sacred spaces, especially the “sky lounge” for dark sky star gazing! Our host was very friendly and helpful!

What a lovely place to stay. Beautiful property with a close walking trail. Beautiful area. We enjoyed the space. Comfy beds and all you need for light cooking. There is some occasional highway noise but I had no trouble falling asleep. Great stay.

Our family loved staying here. The space was a perfect home base between the Ute Mountain Tribal Park and Mesa Verde National Park. The outdoor areas were beautiful, and we loved getting to eat our meals in the shade, watching the hummingbirds zoom by. Michelle has such a lovely property, and it's clear she cares for it so much. Everything was clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of room for us to relax after our days in the park. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat and would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Michelle was a wonderful host, even baked a loaf of bread for us. The apartment was just as described, very clean, and had everything that could be needed for the kitchen. The wifi worked great.The grounds are beautiful as well and worth exploring.

Nice location. Extremely clean. It was like staying in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath/w kitchen fully equipped apartment. No exaggeration. It had everything you needed and more. Plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc. in the kitchen. Tons of bathroom towels and toiletries. Kitchen cupboards full of condiments and supplies. Coffee maker with brew or pods, and some pods included. Plenty of cleaning supplies if needed. Front and side patios to relax in. 10 minute drive into town with grocery markets, Wal Mart, etc. Excellent play to stay.

Deerhaven guest Cottage, Grizzly Rose guest Cottage and the Bears Den studio apartment are located at Ravensnest. The property was originally owned by my parents and is considered our home place. I purchased it in 1989 from my parents and I have created an incredible Spirit of place. My parents both worked for the Bureau of Indian Affairs and dedicated their lives to working on Native Reservations. They were both detailed to Mescalero Apache Reservation. The home was vacant and decided to purchase and created my incredible space. I have dedicated 30 years working in the Arctic Circle helping to provide dental services to the Native Children. I am honored and humbled by my work and am profoundly greatful for the that opportunity.

Ravensnest is situated between the backside of Mesa Verde and the front view of the Sleeping Ute Mountain in the valley south of Cortez. Panoramic views of the entire Valley can be seen on the property. Magical sunsets and superb stargazing can be seen while enjoying your spiritual retreat.

Ravensnest has a labyrinth, a traditional medicine wheel, and a ceremonial tipi. There is a shrine, reflecting ponds, koi ponds and peace gardens to connect to the universe.
