This is a well-equipped, well-furnished, clean modern home, just a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. We enjoyed our weekend stay with our grandson here very much.

Thank you for providing such a beautiful home for our stay in Rockaway Beach! The house exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. It’s perfect for a family stay with kids. The softest towels, large open floor plan which is perfect for families. Hot tub with great lighting outside. We cannot wait to schedule our next stay!

My daughter's and I truly enjoyed the stay it was very spacious and homey...we enjoyed the hot tub and being close to the beach. Gave me a chance to unwind walking to beach which was very nice. The house is still placed within a very short drive to small shops if needed.

Not at all what we were expecting!!

Issues: Master Bedroom: Bed was off the frame on one side and in addition the Box Springs were upside down making the first three nights very uncomfortable and sleepless. The bed slanted so much it felt like you were going to fall out of it. My husband found this issue on Sunday July 28th. I have provided a picture for you to review. The main bathroom bathtub was dirty (hairs) were in tub from previous renters. The main bathroom plug (to fill for a bath) would not work. We used the Master bath for my 3 year old grandson. The oven was so dirty and greasy that when I used it, it filled the room with smoke. My husband recommended we set it to clean, but was afraid it would start a fire because of the amount of grease in the bottom of the oven. Yard was full of Goat Head (Puncturevine) weeds, which were carried into the house on the bottom of shoes. The night we arrived a few of us got the pleasure (not) of stepping on these. We did not wear our shoes indoors, so these had to be carried in by other renters.

Great place in Rockaway Beach

The house was clean, and seemed recently renovated/new. The property has a detached garage with games and an extra bed if needed, which we did not but good to have just in case. Main floor had kitchen and living room which we liked very much, giving us a good view out and over others houses. There is no formal dining table but for us this mattered not at all, we just sat at the bar/kitchen area. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. The manager answered several questions in a reasonable amount of time, and the hot tub was awesome! Lastly, the neighborhood was VERY quiet that time of year. (late October)

Nice house.

Relaxing. Hot tub and foosball were fun. Great to have a washer/dryer. Seven in our group, but not enough dishes to go around. We made do. Overall a good experience.

Great getaway home

Great home setup in nice, quiet neighborhood! An easy, short walk to beach. Had a really nice setup that our teen/twenty something’s would have liked with their own space and hot tub if they had been able to join us. Home was really well equipped. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back soon!

Birthday Beach Getaway

We rented this property for my sister’s birthday. It was everything we could have wanted for a beach getaway. The house was immaculate and fully stocked with everything you could want or need for a fun weekend on the coast.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay in this home with our family. Our boys loved the game room in the garage in the hot tub was very nice in the evening. The only downside was that the knives in the kitchen are extremely dull and there wasn't very many utensils for meals. The beach is about a 10 minute walk and very doable with kids. Overall this house was great and we would definitely stay here again!

Not great....

Emailed owner to ask a question prior to booking and the owner never responded. After we paid in full for the reservation, called the "onsite concierge" to find out about their COVID policy beacause a member of our group tested positive just a few days before our reservation. No answer so I left a message. No response from the "on site concierge" who was suppose to answer questions before and during our stay. Both airmatresses at the house had holes and went flat within an hour of blowing them up. The shower handle in the master was broken and created difficulty getting warm water for showers. The third bed and futon are in a literal garage that stinks (super musty smelling). No one in our group wanted to sleep out in the stinky garage. I would not recommend this rental. Nor would I recommend renting through Evolve. The house is also pretty far from the beach.

Great stay!

This home is super clean, well stocked with games, movies and other activities after a long day at the beach. The hot tub is clean and works well. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is well laid out with all the comforts of home. The beach is beautiful. Tons of wildlife (seals, starfish, eagles) and not very many people! Perfect location... Close to town if you needed it. I would 100% rent this property again. Thanks for a great stay.

Amazing!

We went down for my boyfriends birthday, along with three of our friends. We stayed in the master bedroom, and it was amazing. Bed was so comfortable, I loved the en-suite bathroom with jetted tub! The layout of the house was kinda weird which wasn’t bad for us, but know the bedrooms are main floor, and the kitchen/living room is upstairs so if your group has elderly people, or little ones who don’t do well with stairs, be aware of this. The back door opens up to the hot tub and entrance to the garage. The garage is detached from the house. The garage has plenty of lighting, and has a heater in it so that was very convenient. The kitchen was very well stocked, I liked the assortment of fun water glasses. There was a wide array of spices, but there was no salt which made us laugh, so no one steal the salt that I left lol. Both the living room and master bedroom tv’s had smart DVD players so you could log into all the streaming sites. I don’t know about the other ones those were the only two I used. This was an amazing find for the price. Within 30 minutes from tilamook and cannon beach and 45 to seaside. While you’re there, I highly recommend the rock shop just off the highway in Rockaway. There’s wizard of oz themed mini golf and an owner that can only be described as “the Willy Wonka of rocks” and make the drive up to seaside to visit the aquarium. See the octopuses and feed seals for very cheap. Thank you for letting us stay at your property, we will be back soon!!

No cable TV, and Wifi password delay

Fun place to stay with family and friends during Thanksgiving except for a snafu with the WiFi password delay (due to new ownership) and lack of cable TV. Also we didn't realize there was no dining room table, so we had Thanksgiving dinner around the kitchen island instead. Otherwise a fun place to stay. Very clean and semi-well stocked, located a 10-min walk to Nedonna Beach.

Nice, quiet vacation home

A great house if you are looking for a quiet neighbourhood. You are not walking distance to shops, but a quick car or bike ride away. 4 blocks to a beautiful, clean beach which was not crowded. House was great, except the carpet attracts thorn like needles that you can’t see until you step on them. House had everything you would need on a vacation!

Great Beach House

We enjoyed our weekend at the Doan's beach house! We had family in town that rented a big house on the ocean a few blocks away. We did dinners at the big house but had our own quiet time back at this place which was so perfect. My teenage daughter loved having the garage room all to herself to play Atari! Nice bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen.
