Discover the charm of this delightful 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo located at Laurel Court in Kingston Plantation. Immerse yourself in the serene surroundings, unwind by the pool, or take a leisurely stroll across the boardwalk to enjoy the sandy beach! Recently refreshed with new living room and bedroom furniture, this adorable condo features a king bed in the bedroom, along with two air mattresses for accommodating extra guests. The kitchen boasts granite countertops, and additional amenities include a washer and dryer, as well as a balcony overlooking the pool. Residents enjoy access to three pools (Laurel Court, St. James Park, and Beach Club) at Kingston Plantation.

While guests do not have access to the Splash Water Park, spa, or fitness center (including tennis or pickleball courts), discounted one-day passes to Myrtle Waves Water Park are available for purchase from Saltwater Grande for May through August stays.

Have peace of mind knowing every rental includes Accidental Damage Protection by RentalGuardian, covering you for up to $3000 in accidental damages that may occur during your stay.

Enjoy upgraded bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen hand towels! Departure cleaning is provided, as well as an Essentials Starter Pack, including a roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper in every bathroom.

This property is in a quiet residential community. Disturbances that interfere with the rights, comforts or conveniences of other guests or owners at the property will not be tolerated. Large gatherings and parties are not permitted. Motorcycles, mopeds and trailers are not permitted. Pools are open and operating with regulations put into place by SC DHEC. Guidelines will be posted at the pools.

Second stay
My daughter and I stayed here last year and were happy to stay here again. As always, it was clean and just what we needed for our long busy week. It has easy access to the pool and beach. We also love walking over to Black Drum brewery to eat. It’s also close by to all the things we like to do when we are in Myrtle. It’s down the road from the Tanger Outlets and a very short drive to Barefoot Landing. We definitely look forward to staying here again.

The condo was in a great location , short walk to beach. It was very clean and well equipped with all the necessities including beach towels. Would stay here again.

Clean and cozy
This place was perfect for my daughter and myself. It was very clean and cozy. The pictures are very accurate. The pool is next to the building and the beach is a short walk. Management group is great! Called about a deep scratch in the wall and they told me that it had been reported before we got there. Be prepared though. The bathroom and shower were a little smaller then expect, but that was okay since it was just 2 of us. Being on the 3rd floor all the central air units are on top of the condos, so when you are in the bedroom you can hear when they are running. Also, the walls are thinner than expected. Discovered that when we could hear the people next door having a conversation. All in all, I would stay there again.

The unit was great except for the heat pump that was located on the roof directly over our bedroom.
It was very safe and secure. A great resort -only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Unfortunately the heat pump directly above our bedroom kept us awake with it's incessant humming/droning . Otherwise it was perfect for our vacation.

We enjoyed our stay at Kingston plantation. Received texts along each step of the online process and during our stay, which was much appreciated. Thank you! The only thing we would have liked to have was an overhead fan in the bedroom. But wasn’t a big deal. Just thought I’d mention for others for information purposes only.
