Unfortunately, several statements in this review are simply not true. Everything at the property was working as it was supposed to be. The street is quiet with no significant traffic; the only sounds guests may hear are birds and nature. During the stay, the guest contacted us only to ask about the hot tub instructions, and we explained how to use it. No other issues or concerns were reported to us. If there had been genuine problems with the hot tub, water pressure, or anything else, it would have been fair and honest to notify us and give us the opportunity to address them before reporting them to Vrbo. We take guest concerns seriously and are always happy to help, but unfortunately, the claims made in this review do not accurately reflect what happened during the stay. If you check all our other reviews you will see it is a relaxing and meditation place for our guests with professional hosting skills

Thank you for your review. It's nice to hear that you enjoyed the cottage, the location and everything it had to offer, except for the hot tub. We would like to clarify a few important facts. Your reservation was for 4 registered guests, on the first day there were approximately 10 people and 4 vehicles at the property, which was a direct violation of our house rules and booking terms. We contacted you regarding this issue, but you did not respond until the following day. After your response we didn't say anything just said thank you for your cooperation. Regarding the hot tub, it is cleaned, sanitized, and tested before every guest's arrival. During your stay, you never reported any issue with the hot tub, the water, or any odor. If there had been any problem, we would have addressed it immediately. A strong odor is not possible under normal operation. It may occur only if the hot tub is set to 100°F, the cover is kept closed, and during your stay the outside temperature was very hot and humiditywas very high , creating heat buildup under the cover. Even if there is a odor just keep it open for 5 minutes it will go away. We also wonder whether the hot tub usage instructions were followed before entering. For example, guests are asked to shower beforehand and remove all makeup, lotions, oils, and other personal products, as these can affect water quality. We take guest safety seriously and thoroughly maintain our hot tub. We encourage guests to report any concerns during their stay so they can be investigated and resolved immediately.

Thank you for your review. Our property is exactly as described, and we take pride in maintaining both the home and grounds for our guests. The cottage is surrounded by natural greenery, and while it may not look like a manicured garden, many of our guests appreciate the relaxed, natural feel that fits the cottage and beach setting. We are glad our team was able to resolve the A/C issue immediately so your comfort was not affected during the heat. We have consistently received excellent feedback on both the cleanliness and the overall guest experience, so we stand by the quality of the property and the value it provides.

This guest left our property in an extremely dirty and unsanitary condition, including vomit in multiple areas. They did not follow several house rules, created significant disturbance, and required a full deep cleaning far beyond normal turnover. We have been Superhosts for a long time with consistently excellent reviews and a proven record of maintaining high cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This situation was entirely out of the ordinary and caused additional costs and effort for our team.

ATTENTION TO ALL HOSTS AND TO ALL GUESTS DO NOT RENT OUT TO THIS GUESTS. EVERYTHING IS VERY CLEAR LISTED AND STATED IN OUR HOUSE RULES INCLUDING SECURITY CAMERAS EVEN WHERE THEY ARE LOCATED SO THE CAMERAS ARE JUST FACING ENTRANCE DOORS AND NOT WATCHING ANY PRIVATE AREAS !!! POLICE INVASTIGATED AND WE ARE RIGHT !!! THEY RENTING OUT FOR 5 GUESTS AND USING OUR PROPERTY MORE THEN 10 PEOPLE THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. WE ARE SUPERHOSTS AND DONT DESERVE AND NEED THIS KIND OF GUESTS. THIS IS A BIG SHAME !!! SHE IS DOING ILLEGAL ACTEVITY BREAKING ALL HOUSE RULES AND DOSENT CARE AT ALL!!!
