Hi Thank you for your review, though we do not 100% agree with somethings that you mention, About the Airco first of all you got free airco after you mentioned it to us about your infant, something that normally needs to be paid for, second of all this is very well mentioned in the general information so if you have read that when you made the reservation and before you arrived, it can not have been a surprise, There is construction at the neighbors something we can not help unfortunate at the moment there is many construction sites on Coral Estate, a thing that is always annoying if you are on Holiday, You mention that the kitchen is lacking cooking items but not which, neither did you mention this during your stay, all basics are there but yes special items you are used to have from home might be missing indeed, The coffee maker is a normal filter coffee maker, if you prefer Senseo, Nespresso or other cups makers you should have made sure the unit is equipped with such before you rented, again neither did you mention this during you stay, In the past weeks there has been many many water problems on Coral Estate which is from the utility company and again something we would like to prevent but is out of our hands,
