The cleanliness of the cabin was impressive! Equally as impressive was everything was labeled so there was no doubt where things went or what light switch went to what. The location and view…OH MY GOODNESS! Beautiful yet close to downtown Gatlinburg. We will return!

The house was in a great location with a quick ride into town and a fantastic view of the mountains and the quieter side of Gatlinburg. The house was lovely with every amenity needed. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the game room. We would highly recommend this house and will be back.

Floors needed to be mopped. Could not walk without shoes on feet would turn black. Host was ok. Cabin was good. Nice view. Air conditioners on main floor and top floor could not keep it cool durning the day time. Toilet on the main floor was broken for the whole stay 9 days. Contacted them about it and all they asked fix it now or when I left. Should have fixed it when I called. Would not have called if it was not a problem. Hot tub was great. The deck is sagging under it. This was a concern. Overall 8 out of 10.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the cabin, the beautiful view, and the hot tub, but we’re sorry the cleanliness of the floors did not meet our standards. We have addressed this with our cleaning team, as the floors should absolutely have been properly cleaned before your arrival. Regarding the toilet, when you contacted us our team asked whether you would like us to address it during your stay or after your departure. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response indicating that you wanted someone to come out during your stay. We certainly would have been happy to take care of it while you were there, and the issue has since been resolved. We also understand your concern about the deck near the hot tub. Our maintenance team has inspected that area numerous times and confirmed that there are no structural or safety concerns with the deck. We appreciate the overall 8/10 rating and your positive comments about the cabin. We’ll also take a closer look at the cooling performance during the warmer daytime hours. Thank you again for staying with us and for providing feedback that helps us continue to improve.

Beautiful cabin with everything you could want. Hot tub so nice with great views of the lights at night. Everything was in perfect working order, hot tub, pool table, shuffleboard, appliances etc. Everything was labeled with operating instructions. Comfy beds and good hot water and water pressure. Very clean and plenty of room. We hated to leave and would recommend.

Cabin has a great view of Gatlinburg.Spacious rooms, large decks. Pretty much everything you need.

Comfortable, clean, EZ place to stay at. Large rooms, large tables inside and out. Would definitely stay here again.
