Sleep 14 Guest Mar turquesa is a beautiful villa located in the southern part of Isla Mujeres from which you can appreciate the Caribbean Sea in all its splendor.

The villa consists of a residence with two large bedrooms, an equipped kitchen and a living room; there are also two studio apartments each with its own access and its kitchenette, in the common areas there is a swimming pool and a grill, the entire villa can accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably.

Beautiful place to stay , ocean view off the balcony

Good communication and the place was perfect for our needs, plenty of room ! Great location near punta sur we got to watch the sunrise !

Fantastic week at Casa Mar Turquesa

The house was the perfect size for 14 people. The host was amazing with helping us set up everything. If you need anything from golf carts to groceries and a chef, they will make it easy! The location on the quiet side of the island is perfect for a relaxing vacation. We will be back!

lovely

beautifully designed property. grounds, pool and view to the ocean are to die for. rooms could use a bit of an update, but thats a small detail. located in the south end-which is quiet and isolated. we really enjoyed our time there

Happy New Year Stay

The home was perfect for our group of 9! There were a couple of hiccups the first couple of days but the property manager corrected quickly and made it up to us. Overall very pleased!

Family Fun

We loved the house. We had a dinner party with 26 people and the kitchen and common spaces were open and large enough for a big group. The pool and outdoor spaces were lovely. Words of advice- The small water heater made I necessary to stage showers so all 7 staying there could enjoy a warm shower, so keep that in mind. I would definitely recommend this villa, it’s on the quiet residential end of the island, but the town and great beaches were a short golf cart ride away.

Great for large parties

I had my bachelorette party here and it was PERFECT for 10 girls, especially with the 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a spacious backyard with a 10-seater dining table, and large living room/kitchen areas. The management was communicative and flexible with check in and other requests. It was in a more isolated part of town but the beach and shops were just a short golf cart ride away. We did notice that the pool was a bit greener but the water was clear; it did not stop us from using it, but we probably didn't use it as much as we thought we would. The living rooms were also fairly warm but all the bedrooms were nicely cooled with ACs. Overall, still a great experience and would recommend!

Beautiful home away from home in paradise!

This house was perfect for our family trip. The pictures don’t do it justice. The pool is beautiful and surrounded by a wonderful outdoor space with a beautiful view of the ocean. The layout is great for a family trip. The kitchen and living room are in the main area and very communal for gathering to cook and be together. Then each family was able to go their own separate spaces with bathrooms and smart tvs to unwind at night. The kids had fun exploring the different rooms and we had a great time playing hide and seek! We rented golf carts to get around as it’s about 15min to the grocery store, and fun to zip around to see things. The property management was super helpful and always available. We also had a private chef cook for us on our first night which was a lovely kick off to the vacation and a chance to talk to locals about their beautiful island. Delicious and fun. We highly recommend this home and hope we can come back soon!

Love Isla Mujeres

We love the island. The house was adequate for our family as we needed a first floor bedroom because of limited mobility. The house is actually 4 separate bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have bathrooms and kitchenettes with limited supplies. The fourth bedroom is actually a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and dining area.. This would have been wonderful on the first floor so our family could have gathered here but due to my husbands limited mobility he couldn’t do the stairs. The pool was nice but small. Our kids did enjoy it though. We rented golf carts. It really was rhe best way to get to the beach, restaurants and the grocery store. Lorena was our contact person and she responded very quickly to any texts we send. Also her sister lives next door.. she was very friendly and helpful. She even gave the kids a big blow up whale to play with in the pool. Overall we had a great time and made adjustments as needed to the house situation.
