Située dans Cannes Grand Parc, un domaine clôturé et sécurisé avec du personnel de sécurité 24 heures sur 24, comme vous pouvez le voir sur notre photo, dans la Croix des Gardes - un parc de 35 acres d'où vous pouvez admirer les vues imprenables sur Cannes et la mer Méditerranée bleue claire et faire des promenades tranquilles dans le bois paisible entouré de mimosas, d'eucalyptus et de pins. Une villa de haute qualité avec une grande terrasse ombragée où vous pouvez manger, lire ou simplement vous détendre et profiter de l'environnement paisible qui s'ouvre sur un jardin avec des oliviers, de belles plantes et une pelouse soignée, le tout entretenu par un jardinier et un système d'irrigation. Un endroit pour se détendre au soleil ou à l'ombre. Le jardin est entièrement clos, ce qui le rend idéal pour les jeunes enfants.

En bas : Entrée donnant sur un grand salon et une salle à manger climatisés, plus une cuisine séparée avec des équipements de cuisine complets, 1 chambre principale avec salle de bain en-suite, toilettes séparées et climatisation avec une belle vue et un accès au jardin.

A l'étage : 1 chambre principale avec salle de bain et toilettes en-suite et air conditionné et 2 autres chambres avec chacune 2 lits simples ou lits doubles et toutes deux avec air conditionné et 2 salles de douche en-suite, 3 toilettes séparées.

Il y a une télévision intelligente de 50 pouces dans le salon et une télévision intelligente de 43 pouces dans une chambre.

La villa dispose de 2 places de parking.

Deux grandes piscines communes dans la résidence avec une grande aire de jeux gazonnée pour les jeux de ballon des enfants. Le centre de Cannes, la rue d'Antibes, le boulevard de la Croisette, le Palais des Festivals et la plage sont à 5 minutes en voiture.

Pour rendre votre séjour agréable, nous pouvons vous fournir des services avant et pendant votre séjour.

Supermarché, pharmacie, boulangerie, pizzeria, café/bar, salon de coiffure et de beauté et salle de sport, tous accessibles à pied depuis la villa. En plus des 2 piscines, il y a une aire de jeux pour les enfants.

Cannes offre les plus belles plages de sable (pas de pierre !) publiques et privées de la Côte d'Azur. Vous trouverez de nombreuses boutiques de créateurs et une superbe variété de restaurants, dont beaucoup se trouvent sur la plage. Les îles de Lérins ne sont qu'à 20 minutes en bateau et il est possible de visiter St Tropez et Monaco en bateau également. Cannes accueille également chaque année le Festival international du film ainsi que de nombreux autres congrès : MIDEM, MIPIM, MIP TV, Festival international de la publicité, MIPCOM, Festival de feux d'artifice, Tax Free....... D'autres visites peuvent être facilement effectuées à Grasse (ville de la parfumerie), Nice et ses musées, Monaco et le Palais Grimaldi. De Cannes, vous pouvez vous rendre en Italie en une heure, et n'oubliez pas qu'en vous enfonçant dans les terres, vous pouvez visiter certains des plus beaux villages provençaux. Il existe un excellent service de bus et de train au départ de Cannes.

Great stay

The villa was very nice. We had a great stay. The neighbourhood was very calm and quiet. The communication with the owner was very good, we had a few questions during our stay, but they answered very quickly. It was about 3 km from the centrum, but it was easy to take a bus to and from. The House was very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much

Fabulous property

The property was a very good size, very clean, well equipped and air-conditioned and attractive garden. The only downside was that the location was quite far away from Cannes centre so a car was a necessity.

Amazing Accommodation in Chic Cannes

We have just returned from an amazing stay at this villa. We stayed for 6 nights and couldn’t have chosen a better place. The villa is spotless, close to supermarkets and restaurants and has everything you could wish for. The check-in process was easy with a key safe and communication was excellent with both the owner and management company. It felt very safe and secure being in a gated complex and the a/c was very efficient. We would definitely stay again as we loved the villa very much 💕

Nice Property

Everything is as it appears from the pictures. Backyard is nice. The only thing is that there is not a dryer on the property. There is a drying rack. Key fobs to open the gate didn't work all the time, it seemed off and on when it would work, we would walk half the time. Kitchen has utensils and cookware to cook meals, great place, we would rent again.

Work Trip

Overall a decent stay. The property was very clean and in a quiet, safe area. The property manager was very responsive during the stay, and even kindly offered us a late checkout to help with our late flight. Just a few items to call out... - The property is not situated anywhere near where Vrbo tags it on the map (on the harbour). It's in fact a 15minute taxi ride to there. I flagged this at the time of the booking, and I think Vrbo need to update this. - The oven at the property didn't work for us (door was broken), and so we had to throw away food we had bought from the supermarket. We flagged it to the property manager so hopefully it will be fixed soon. But otherwise decent and would look to book again. Thanks.

Lovely Holiday

We visited le Suquet with family including my elderly parents who have mobility issues and use a chair, plus two of my children and their partners so mixed ages. I also have mobility issues having recently had a heart bypass. All the communication with the property management was excellent and very helpful. They even arranged for us to gain access earlier as we landed early morning and hired a minibus for a direct transfer. The house itself was immaculate and very comfortable with everything you might need. The veranda area was lovely and benefitted from a slight breeze which made sunbathing comfortable and dining etc much nicer than solid heat. We even managed to get our own Netflix working for the younger members of our party. My only issue was the distance to the main resort and facilities etc. We ended up spending 20 euros every time we went into town using two ubers each way because it was not a 15 minute walk. The local supermarket was excellent but again was a 25 minute walk which was too much for myself and my parents in the heat. Having said this I would not hesitate to recommend this property. Despite the travel issues we had a fantastic time, visiting not only Cannes but Nice and Grasse and for a younger fitter family it’s perfect. Next time we will know what to expect and if we visit Cannes again this will be our first port of call!

Unfortunately there were two things that you missed during your stay in our villa - 1) If you had a private car it would have taken you 5 to 7 minutes maximum drive to Cannes centre instead of using Uber who take longer in order to charge you more to get there. 2) Instead of going to the supermarket, you should have gone to the shopping centre which is 10 minutes walk from the villa and also has more choices. Finally the most important thing is that you and your family had a great time and enjoyed yourselves during your stay in our villa. Hope that you will come again as you mentioned.

Des vacances au frais 😎

La propriété est située dans une résidence très sécurisée, avec deux places de parking et à même pas 10 min à pied d’un arrêt de bus qui nous descend à cannes bien plus rapidement que la voiture en période de forte affluence. La villa est très bien agencée et surtout très bien climatisée !! Le jardin est très agréable et calme. Nous avons eu un petit accident de clés à notre arrivée et la personne en charge de la location a été très réactive pour nous « sauver » et très gentille. Je vous recommande vivement cette villa pour des vacances en famille (nombreuse), nous avons passé un très bon moment pour notre part 😊

Maison très agréable

La maison est conforme à la description, les chambres et salles de bains sont spacieuses avec beaucoup de rangements. Elle est un peu loin du centre ville et de la plage (35 mn à pieds), il faut donc prévoir une voiture. L'avantage c'est que l'endroit est très calme. La piscine la plus proche est idéalement située. La cuisine est petite mais fonctionnelle, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de barbecue. Nous n'avons pas regretté notre choix même si les adolescents auraient préféré être plus proche du centre (pas d'animations dans le quartier).

I am very pleased that you enjoyed our villa and it's location, it certainly is in a peaceful haven after the the buzz of beautiful Cannes. If you do not have a car it is quick and easy to get to Cannes centre by the regular bus number 10. Or you can walk through the natural park/forest of Croix des Gardes.

Maison adaptée pour 2 familles. Une des 2 pisicine est à 200 m environ du logement et est commune à un énorme complexe de maisons et appartements. Logement à environ 3 kms du centre et de la plage du midi ( environ 12 euros en taxi , taxis très nombreux à cannes)

Die Beschreibung des Hauses war zutreffend. Schlafzimmer mit angrenzendem Bad waren geräumig und boten genügend Platz. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind schön angelegt und bieten Platz für Freizeit, Essen etc. Die Küche ist etwas klein. Leider war der Backofen nicht sauber. Ein Dankeschön an das Management, es hat dafür gesorgt, dass dieser am nächsten Tag gereinigt wurde. Das Management war zu jeder Zeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Strand und die Stadt sind ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die gesamte Anlage inclusive der beiden Poolanlagen sind sehr sauber und ruhig. Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Urlaub.

Schöner Urlaub!

Erst einmal ein großes Dankeschön an das Management, dafür, dass es uns bei jedem Problem und jeder Kleinigkeit geholfen hat! Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und willkommen geheißen. Die Villa war sehr gut ausgestattet und schön sauber. Mit dem Auto waren es circa 5-10 Minuten zum Strand/Zentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie der Pool sind auch nicht weit entfernt. Ansonsten war das Haus sehr schön und hell eingerichtet und wir hatten genug Platz für 8 Personen. Es war ein toller Urlaub!

Great house

Everything was great about the house and location 2 drawbacks: Not enough towels, on the website it says towels included so we didn’t bring any but if I’d known that meant 1 large and 1 small towel each I would have brought some of my own There is nowhere to sit by the pool unless you want to sit on concrete, no chairs, and no towels as you can’t bring from the house even if there had been spare ones!

We provide linen and towels according to the number of guests staying in the villa. If you required extra then my management team would have provided them if you asked them. As for the swimming pool, you should ask for all you need in advance so it can be provided. We are pleased that you found everything great about the villa and it's location.

Wonderful property - perfect for work colleagues. Property was clean and tidy. Probably a little further than we would have liked to travel to the Croisette for the film festival - but that was on us!

Our stay in Cannes

We stayed at the Villa for 15 days and can really recommend it. We were a group of 7 including 3 children and really loved our stay there. I would recommend to anyone who is considering to vist Cannes that this would be a great location to stay. It is an extremely peaceful area, so good to relax after the hustle and bustle of the town. It is not so far to the beaches and centre by car. There is a local bus services but for sure get a rental car. As for the Villa itself it has plenty of space for a large family. All the bedrooms are latge size and the whole place is furnished and equiped to a high standard. For us it was a perfect place to stay and for sure we will book again when visiting the area.

Perfect time during MIDEM 2013

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay at this magnificent villa whilst attending MIDIM 2013. Anything we wished for was provided by the manaagement team. The owner came to say 'Hello' and to check that everything was OK for us. We also enjoyed the location of the villa which is 5 minutes from the Palais des Festivals, the sandy beaches and La Croisette. We had a shopping centre next to the villa which made things very easy for us. We have all decided that we will spend our summer holiday in this villa.

A lovely winter holiday

We decided to spend Christmas and New Year in Cannes with the children and chose this lovely villa and it was an excellent choice. We were greeted by the management team like royalty. The villa was very clean and very well maintained. It had a beautiful, well kept garden. There is a play area for the children which made them happy. There is a shopping area next to the villa. La Croisette, Rue d'Antibes and the sandy beach are exactly 5 minutes drive away, although there is a bus stop nearby which takes you to the centre of Cannes if you wish. I recommend this villa to everyone - see for yourself!

Unforgettable time

Having been in the movie production business for many years and traveled all over the world, we found that this is one accommodation where we were extremely impressed by the extraordinary service and the most beautiful decor and great set up. My friends and I agree that was a holiday worthy of not 5 stars, but 7 stars. For sure we are going to recommend it to all our friends in the movie business and to all our families. If you ever want to go to Cannes and have a splendid time, then this is the place to go to. We have already made arrangements to go there again.

Best Christmas and New Year

My family and I decided to spend Christmas and New Year in Cannes and it turned up to be a wonderful experience. We were greeted very joyfully by the management team that look after the villa. The villa itself was spotless, full of modern equipment and beautiful furnishings. The distance to the Palais des Festivals and La Croisette is 5 minutes drive from the villa which made my husband and the children very happy. Cannes was very festive, with beautiful Christmas lights and decorations. Definately, I recommend this villa and I am sure we will be a regular clients.

My wife and I have been going to Cannes for many years. I can confirm to everyone that this is one of the best villas that we have ever stayed in during our business trips and holidays in Cannes. We were looked after by the excellent management team. The owners were very charming and helpful. The location of the villa for the Palais des Festivals, the beach, and the famous Rue D'Antibes is a very short distance by car. There is a small shopping centre within walking distance. The villa is spotless, beautifully furnished and equipped with all the necessary utensils. We will keep going there every year. We highly recommend this villa - don't take our word for it - see for yourselves!

Children's Haven

My husband and I and our 4 children had a fantastic holiday. In particular the children enjoyed the family-friendly environment - the 2 swimming pools, the play area and they enjoyed exploring La Crois des Gardes which is not far from the villa. My husband appreciated the short distance from the villa to Cannes centre and the beach. We will definately recommend it to our friends.

Cannes offers the most beautiful public and private sandy (not stoney!) beaches of the French Riviera. You will find numerous boutiques for designer shopping and a superb variety of restaurants many of which are on the beach. The Lerins Islands are just a short 20 minute boat ride away and it is possible to visit St Tropez and Monaco by boat also. Cannes also hosts the International Film Festival every year as well as many other congresses : MIDEM, MIPIM, MIP TV, International Advertising Festival, MIPCOM, Fireworks Festival, Tax Free...... Other visits can be easily made to Grasse (town of the perfume industry), Nice with it's museums, Monaco and the Grimaldi Palace. From Cannes you can go to Italy within an hour, and don't forget by going inland you can visit some of the most beautiful Provencal villages. There is an excellent bus and train service from Cannes.
