Terrara House - Where the Land meets the Sea

Located only 20 minutes from Jervis Bay, 15 minutes from Berry & 30 minutes from the Southern Highlands through the Kangaroo Valley, we are "where the land meets the sea".

Terrara House is truly a dream location for intimate occasions, luxury stays and special weekends away. Accommodating up to 14 adults and 6 children, Terrara House boasts 23 rooms for sleeping and entertaining, making it also perfect for family and group gatherings, holidays and milestone events.

In addition we now offer The Stables which has been reformed to offer an additional 8 guests on the property, making 28 guests that can sleep comfortably when you exclusively hire our Estate. The Stables comprises two self-contained units, both equipped with queen beds, double sofa beds, kitchenettes, bathrooms with showers and cosy living rooms with fire places (to be booked separately).

Our Estate can be booked three ways
1. Exclusively yours to include the House, the Stables and full access to the Estate's facilities (House = 14 adults, 6 children, The Stables = 8 adults in two units).
2. Terrara House only (14 adults, 6 children)
3. The Stables only (per unit, up to 4 adults)

When booking our property you are hosted by our friendly "Team Terrara" who are here to take care of all your needs to ensure for a seamless and relaxing getaway. You are welcome to self-cater for your house guests during your stay, or have your fridges stocked and ready full of local produce and connect with our Terrara Artisan chefs to cater for your group to include pizza nights, lunches, dinners, picnics and BBQ's.

In addition to using the Estate facilities such as the swimming pool and tennis court, our onsite Wellness Salon can be booked to prepare for that special occasion or experience treatments from our local providers. Our concierge service with South Coast Experiences will coordinate other local experiences for your guests that may involve vineyards or microbreweries, Jervis Bay beach trips, beautiful bush treks, golf or any range of activity the Southern Highlands have to offer.
