Cozy and lakefront cabin on Rainbow lake, large fenced deck and 2 grills!!!

Enjoy the best and most unforgettable vacation with your family or friends, or take a romantic getaway with your loved one in this cozy and beautiful lakeside cabin. Come and have fun any time of year summer, winter, spring and fall (in fall, you are going to see many leaves falling from the trees, it’s the season!). On the dock, you can park your own boat, feed the ducks, or fish from there. We provide free kayaks, and a paddle board to guests at the cabin. In addition, we have life jackets for all sizes, tennis rackets, and pickleball paddles for you to enjoy on the tennis and basketball courts located just steps from the house. In the lake, there are a variety of fish, including carp, trout, catfish, bass, and pike. You also have the option of visiting Sunrise Ski Resort 45 minutes away, for skiing or snow sports. The cabin has the largest deck that you've ever seen. Half of it is covered and the other half is open-air. We have 2 BBQs on the patio and a dining area for 6-8 people, a fireplace. The patio has furniture where you can sit, relax, and enjoy the view of the lake with your companions, appreciating the wildlife around the cabin, or enjoying the soothing sound of birds. We are located in a gated community. It's very quiet and very close to everything, restaurants, grocery stores, and shops, etc. The deck is fenced for safety of children and pets. There are three access gates: one leading to the street, and two leading to the lake.

We apply a 10% discount if you book for more than 7 days and a 15% discount if you book for more than 28 days.

The HOA has been very strict. Please use this house for vacations and not for parties, loud noise, or adding more people to your reservation; only the number allowed by the host. This cabin has been our second home, our summer home. Our children enjoyed the peaceful outdoors. I hope you enjoy it too and take care of this place as if it were your own. The cabin is fully equipped with everything you need to offer you the best rest and vacation.

Waterfront property with a dock and available kayaks. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood that offered a very safe environment. We enjoyed many hours on the very large deck overlooking the water that provided shade and protection from the afternoon showers. The hostess was very responsive. I definitely recommend this property for its location and layout.

Our family had a wonderful stay here for my husband’s birthday, and it was exactly the relaxing getaway we were hoping for. The property is beautiful and the setting on the water is absolutely gorgeous. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the deck and taking in the scenery.We happened to have a rainy day during our stay, and honestly, it made the whole place feel even more peaceful and cozy. There was something really special about sitting under the covered deck listening to the rain and looking out at the lake.The home had everything we needed, and the owner was gracious and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back the next time we’re in Pinetop. It was a wonderful place to celebrate my husband’s birthday and spend some quality time together with our daughter.

A perfect lakeside getaway for our family for Easter weekend. Tons of wildlife, plenty of fun and relaxation too. Definitely recommend this location.

Great location. Had a good time using the kayaks and fishing. Only recommendation is to get a better mattress and better pillows for the master bedroom. Everything else was great!

Overall this is a great home. Located in a gated community, very quiet and peaceful. Located on an inlet of the lake with easy access to the large portion of the lake. We were able to catch lots of catfish! Was easy to rent a boat. There is access to kayaks but we never used them. The check in process was a little bumpy but the host did make up for it by extending our stay an additional hour. We do wish there were more comfortable beds downstairs, but the upstairs ones were great! Also wish there was more information on how to use the multiple remotes as we couldn't get the direct tv to work. Also suggest people bring Tupperware or foil for any leftovers you have. We would return!

Check-in was confusing the app said 3pm but host said 4pm after we were trying to check-in. When we finally were able to enter the house, it was not ready, it’s was dirty. We had to leave the house for a few hours to allow the cleaning persons to come and finish cleaning. The host did apologized and tried to help us as much as she could. She also gave us a discount for the inconvenience. After that, the house was fine. A few spider webs inside the house and lot in the patio area. The grills were not appealing to use, they were too dirty to bother. We did had a great time fishing and we caught a lot of fish. Kids had a great time and and didn’t want to leave.

Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful secluded neighborhood. Great cabin, deck and waterfront property to spend quality time with the family. Kayaks and lifevests provided were used daily. Better than the pictures. Likely to come back.

New Years Stay

I went with my family for New Years and the place was just perfect for our family. The location is great, close to restaurants, ski shop and supermarket. Also not too far from ski resort. The size of the cabin is great and we also enjoyed the patio and chimney. Any questions we had during our stay were promptly responded in the app.

Great waterfront location

Nice place on a little cove off the main lake. Great views, nice house, nice big back deck, and has kayaks, fishing gear and games.
