This cozy cabin retreat that sleeps 12 is nestled in the Pines in Pinetop Lakes Country Club. Great location just behind the Equestrian Center and close to golfing and hiking!

This beautiful cabin is tucked away in the serene Ponderosa Pines on a large wooded lot with a spacious covered front and back deck which offers plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the picturesque White Mountains. Pet friendly so bring your 4-legged friends. Cabin features 3 bedrooms for sleeping 12 in beds and 3 full baths. The cabin features plenty of parking with large drive way on front and side of property and garage.

The beautifully decorated cabin is completely furnished with a large open concept family/dining/ kitchen area which opens up to the large covered back deck. Cabin also features a beautiful gas burning fireplace
perfect for families to gather around on those cold winter nights!! The master bedroom features a king bed with own master full bath en suite with walk in shower and garden tub with huge walk in closet. The master also includes a large mounted TV and gas fireplace. The second bedroom upstairs has a 2 queen beds with large wall mounted TV and desk area. The third bedroom upstairs features a queen bed and 2 full beds with play area for the kids. The fully stocked kitchen is open to the dining area just steps to the back covered porch. This cozy cabin is the perfect retreat to come up and relax in the cool woods!!!

Come escape from the hectic city/work life... slow down and enjoy the clean mountain air and friendly small town atmosphere. Outdoor enthusiasts will be amazed with the over 40 lakes and streams that offer up abundant fishing including bass, trout, pike, walleye, catfish, and crappie. The White Mountains offer four distinct seasons with 70-degree summers, a winter wonderland, and 180 miles of developed hiking trails, remote camping and wildlife, downhill and cross country skiing, ice fishing, snowmobiling, horseback riding, nine golf courses, year round festivals, casino gambling, unique shops, and many restaurants and bars... with 'true mountain' charm and character!!

The cleaniness was a factor mass amounts of dog hair and floors seemed dirty. kitchen refrigerator leaked water out the ice maker.

We’ve stayed at this cabin several times over the years. We love the cabin and Pinetop Lakes community that it’s located in. It’s a safe, quiet, peaceful, pet-friendly neighborhood nestled in the pines. Our host was friendly and responsive. Enjoyed our stay always!

Average Cabin

Our primary reason for renting this cabin was that it was dog friendly and fenced. Upon arrival, we discovered -- no fence. We managed, and our dog (luckily) was not a problem. The front porch and back patio were in need of a good cleaning before we could enjoy sitting outside. The patio furniture was either broken (plastic chairs) or the cushions chewed up and dusty. We beat out as much dust as we could and then just covered them with sheets, and sprayed off the surfaces -- problem solved. Not exactly what we had in mind for our week get-away (cleaning) but it worked. The lots in this area/neighborhood are small, so the backyard looks more ike a community yard -- you can see into everyone's yard and they can see into yours, so not a lot of privacy. But, it was quiet, which was nice. The whole cabin could use a refresh particularly the kitchen implements. The can opener was broken and the pans are old, warped teflon. Most cabins we have stayed in have some basic spices and pantry dry goods, but this one was pretty sparse. But on the positive side, everything else worked (the grill, the dishwasher, TV and the AC).

Great summer getaway

We enjoyed a lovely week at the cabin. The neighborhood was busy with lots of folks walking their pets and enjoying the weather. We were not far from many lakes we visited. The house was large and comfortable for 5 adults, 2 teens, 2 kids, and 3 dogs. The house had many amenities, including games to play. The owner was always very prompt at responding ahead of our stay and communicative. Would recommend and go back again!

Family Reunion

This is a very nice home that can accommodate 12 adults or kids. No bunk beds. The second story sleeps 10 between two rooms and the master is on the first floor.We rented this home for its proximity to family that lives around the corner for a reunion weekend. Our only complaints would be that we like a fuller pillow and all were pretty well used. Also, I was hoping that the outdoor furniture would have been cleaned for our stay. The back porch is very dusty/dirty and unusable in its current state. The owner is very responsive, so perhaps I should have made a request before our arrival. We very much enjoyed the house otherwise.

Not “Fully” Dog Friendly

My family and I stayed five days with our three dogs. Home accommodated all seven of us perfectly. Listing says it’s dog friendly but one thing to mention is there is no fence around the home. This was an inconvenience as we constantly had to take out the dogs with leashes. Upstairs shower was clogged and bathroom towels had bleach stains on them. Overall, we had a good stay and would have given five stars all the way but the biggest issue was not having a fence in the backyard for the dogs.

Good escape

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. There has been a leak in the kitchen since my last visit and a mildew odor from cabinets under and by sink. Back yard is great for my small dog.Some cleanup needed from previous tenants. There were also also cobwebs but didn't stop to knock down, just ensured my dog was never unsupervised.

Great Stay

This property is just as presented. The house is in a quiet neighborhood perfect for walking. Both outside and inside seating is ample and comfortable. Everything we needed for a pleasant stay was provided. The few questions we had were answered quickly. We would be happy to return.

Great family vacation spot

We had a fabulous time at this property. Our daughters and our grandkids fit in the space perfectly with us. There were a few issues with the property but the management company was very responsive. The location is great - close proximity to good restaurants and groceries and also to the ski resort. We had most things we needed to cook and play games at the house. We felt safe with the kids playing outside and building snowmen and having snowball fights. Overall this was an excellent spot for our multi-generational family vacation.

White Mtn getaway

Great time. Lots of room in this 2 story home. Quiet neighborhood. Dogs enjoyed the patio. It's nice to be able to bring the dogs on a hiking vacay no matter their size. Everything was great. I'll be back to enjoy the White Mtns.

Father's Day Weekend Getaway

We stayed here over Father's Day weekend, which also happened to be my sons 14th birthday. Everything was perfect for our family and our dogs! Nice having the fenced area to let the dogs out without having to take them on a leash every time. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks!!

Great Getaway!

The cabin was perfect for me and my dogs! We loved every minute of our stay. The property is in a great neighborhood and was well-maintained and equipped with everything we needed. I'll definitely be back!

Beautiful cabin!

We stayed here with our children and grandchildren for a long weekend during ski season. The cabin is lovely and well equipped with just about everything we needed. Lisa emailed me the address and lockbox code and we had no trouble when we arrived. The driveway is long but only wide enough for one car, but we fit three cars easily, just had to play musical cars a few times. The house was at 50 degrees when we arrived and took a bit to warm up, so be prepared if you are arriving late. It was great having the garage since it snowed while we were there. A snow shovel in the garage was also super helpful!! The fireplace is gorgeous and heats the living room quite well with the push of a button. Three small things to note: the master bedroom is on the first floor, and the upstairs floor creaks quite a bit, which is a bummer if you’re trying to sleep in. Secondly, the tile floors are freezing, so bring thick socks or slippers. Lastly, the fireplace in the master bedroom doesn’t work. We really enjoyed our stay at this home and would definitely go back!!

Great Way To Ring In The New Year!

We spent the New Year Weekend at this beautiful cabin with my Mom, Sister, Husband and our 15 year old son. Not to forget our 5 year old Yellow Lab also! I wished we had more people who could have joined us because this cabin can sleep so many people. It was very cozy, updated and clean. The kitchen has everything you need including a crock pot. The pantry is filled with board games. The fireplace kept the ambiance perfect for our snowy cabin feel. I especially loved the fenced in backyard for my dog to use the bathroom without me having to put a leash on him. I would book here again without a doubt.
