Amazing Group Holiday

We had a wonderful week in this villa. Pictures are accurate, villa was clean and well presented. Location is nice but you will need car/taxi to get to shops, beach etc. Would definately stay again and didn't want to leave.

Probably my favorite place I have stayed at with my travel adventures. Dimitris and his wife hosted us and we’re available for any needs. The view was completely stunning. The pool area was absolutely perfect. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during my visit to Crete. Will definitely stay again when we return!

Perfect!

We rented this amazing villa during a week with a group of 8 friends. We were more than impressed by the quality of all bed rooms and common rooms. The swimming pool is also great ! The house was cleaned during our stay and is fully equipped in the kitchen. We warmly recommend to rent this house ! Stunning villa

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Bella Elena. We went as a group of 10 for my 30th birthday and I could not have asked for a better holiday. The Villa was pristine and had everything we needed for our stay. The area is peaceful and serene, it has stunning views! You will need a car to get around or use the local taxi drivers who were all very helpful and friendly. Crete itself is a beautiful location. Thankyou to the managers who were on hand to help us with anything we needed. We would highly recommend staying at the Villa.

Amazing Family Holiday

We stayed at Villa Bella Elena for a week. Pre-arrival communication was excellent and this continued throughout our stay if we needed to know anything. The Villa was perfect for us, a family of six adults and four children. The pools, outside kitchen and outside area all are very well maintained are clean and create a relaxing ambiance. Inside there was plenty of space for all, comfortable beds, clean and modern bathrooms, the kitchen area is very well equipped. Satellite TV when needed, mainly to calm the children down before bedtime! The Villa is in a fairly rural location and a car is needed. There are good views of the sea and a small island from the Villa. The Local town Kokkini Hani is a five to six minute drive from the Villa, which has a good supermarket, take 2 euros for a trolley! Plenty of bars and restaurants etc in Kokkini Hani, some trendy and some more traditional Crete style. All served very good food and drinks. Staff were constantly helpful and friendly. The beach at Gournes was sandy and there are cafes and restaurants along the sea front. The golf course is about 20 minutes from the Villa, was very well maintained and in good condition. The clubhouse was very welcoming too. We recommend Villa Bella Elena, you will not regret it!

Séjour de rêve. Dimitris n’est pas très loin et vous accueillera avec gentillesse et professionnalisme. La piscine est parfaite pour jouer, nager, une grande partie où l’on a pied, mais on peut également faire des longueurs. Elle est de plus parfaitement entretenue.Les literies sont parfaites, la cuisine est un peu petite pour 12 , le frigo et lave-vaisselle aussi, mais les ustensiles à disposition sont bien pensés.Nous avons été accueilli avec une bonne bouteille de vin, et la maman du propriétaire nous a même apporté des spécialités !Les critiques positives sont bien acceptées, et Dimitris est vraiment disponible en cas de problème.Aucune hésitation dans le choix de cette maison (attention, il faut vraiment une voiture pour descendre à la plage, car c’est pentu !!) les plages à 10 minutes de voiture en allant vers heraklion sont propres, sable fin, pas très fréquentées, bref c’est parfait pour le séjour entre amis que nous avons vécu.Encore merci à Dimitris qui est beaucoup pour la réussite du séjour.

Une jolie villa (pour 12 personnes, 13 c'est trop!) avec une piscine très agréable et chauffée. L'accueil de Dimitri est excellent il est à notre écoute et fait tout pour nous rendre le séjour agréable. On regrette la cuisine et la table du séjour trop petits pour 12 personnes.

Schöne Villa mit Meerblick

Wir sind als Gruppe mit zwölf Personen angereist und haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt. Draußen haben wir viel den großen Pool, die Sitzecke oder die Minibar benutzt. Auch die Ausstattung innen ist sehr schön. Es wurde sich regelmäßig um uns gekümmert und wir hatten immer einen Ansprechpartner zur Seite stehen.

Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen und die Nähe zum Strand sowie Heraklion waren genial. Leider war einer der Whirlpools kaputt sodass das Wasser auslief. Das Problem wurde weiter geleitet und zur Kenntnis genommen. Die Küche im Außenbereich (mit Grill) haben wir fast jeden Tag genutzt. Den Aufenthalt haben wir sehr genossen

17.08.19 two families staying for two weeks. Fantastic time

The Villa is amazing and even better than the pictures suggest. It was perfect for two families due to the symmetry of the building. Everything is finished to a high standard and the kitchen is very well equipped. We were a party of 8 and so everyone had their own space and privacy, which was fantastic. The pool is a great size and together with the small pool perfect for children. Aurelia gave us a great welcome and then kept in touch with us for our stay to ensure we had everything we needed and also to suggest places we could visit. We had a wonderful holiday and would recommend the villa to anyone thinking of staying.

Idyllische Villa, sehr zu empfehlen

Wir waren als 12-köpfige Gruppe auf Maturareise und die Villa Bellaelena war die perfekte Unterkunft. Der Pool war sogar größer als erwartet, die Küche ist super ausgestattet, generell empfanden wir die Villa noch besser als auf den Fotos dargestellt.

Wir wurden super empfangen und auch im Laufe der Woche hat man immer wieder nachgefragt ob alles gut ist und man Hilfe benötigt. Super Service!! Wir können die Villa nur empfehlen.

The villa is nice and spacious and the view is great. Also the garden looks pretty. It does have some spoiling downsides, which some of them can be fixed, but some can't. - "the road" in the ad is code language for a highway in the front yard. You cannot not hear this all day. - the villa and pool is just not clean and kitchen smells like fungus. - mattresses are low quality spring ones - not baby friendly with stairs being a round hole in the middle of the living. - owner was supposed to welcome us, but never heard or seen him/her.

A wonderful house, with great service

Today is our last day of a great week in this house. We have been here with our family of 12 people. We had a very warm welcome when we arrived. The house has everything we could wish for. Even though it was already the end of October, the swimming pool was still used by us. It would have been nice to have a heated pool in this time of year, but I can imagine that this is not required during the summer. If we would need something or if we had questions, we could always contact someone, to get it or to get an answer. To conclude, we had a lovely stay in this house!

Our state of the art pool with 45 m2 surface is spacious enough so that everyone enjoys his/her bath. Our heated pools are environmentally friendly, with no use of chlorium (salt is used instead) perfect for kids . Luxury equipped area by the pool allows you to enjoy a really high quality time, relaxing in total quiet and enjoying the view.
