Koko’s Cabana is a cozy 3 bedroom designer Cottage Oceanside in popular Kill Devil Hills and is only about 350 steps to the 1st Street beach access. 1 and 1/2 bath indoors and an outdoor shower and toilet. Wonderful screened in back deck is perfect for hanging out, listening to the waves and has become a guest favorite. Dog Friendly! Features a large fenced-in lighted backyard with fire pit, Beach Cart, umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, bikes, beach toys all included. All you need is your swimsuit and flip flops.

The host (Mr. C) is very responsive. The place is close to the beach just a short walking distance. You can hear the waves from the house! We enjoyed the gorilla cart for bringing chairs to the beach. Quiet and cozy, close to everything. Best part is that it is Dog friendly and we can bring our Little pup!!

This was a great place to stay with a great location. it was about an 8 minute walk to the beach. Publix is within walking distance so very convenient. We enjoyed having bikes, chairs and everything we needed for the beach right there! The wagon was awesome to carry all our chairs, umbrella, and toys too! Very cute nice place to stay for a family!

We had an excellent stay at this property. The location is ideal, just steps from the beach and close to local attractions. The home was spotless and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was thoughtful and provided a helpful list of things to do and recommended restaurants, which made exploring the area so easy. We would definitely book this rental again!

Perfect get away house

Close to everything! Beach, shops, dining, Wright brothers, sand dunes. Perfect for my family and dogs to stay at with plenty of room and the extra beach gear they provided came in handy! We would stay here again the next time we visit OBX!

We enjoyed our stay at Koko's Cabana. It was very clean when we arrived, and easy to access. The owner gave us very detailed information about the place before we arrived and was very easy to communicate with. It is very close to the beach, just a short walk. It is small but very comfortable, and we really enjoyed the screened in porch area.

Rooms were wonderful and very cheerful. Both baths are great. Good for walking to the beach and businesses as well. Lots of supplies to take to the beach. Was great for our two dogs and the four adults & one child.

Great Pet-friendly getaway

Enjoyed my stay! The house was very clean and the location was great - very close to the beach and close to grocery stores and other shops. I brought my pup and found the house to be very pet-friendly since it has a securely fenced backyard as well as a gate on the front deck.
